When the bra came in the mail, it had creases in the cups. However, washing reformed the cups to a nice smooth shape. Pros: Smooth under shirts, pretty, fits great, supportive, great price! Cons: I've been wearing bras without any lace or embellishments on them, so I find the little bows on the sides a little itching where they rub on my arms when I move. However, the can be removed. Cannot say enough good things about this bra. I now have 2 - one from HerRoom and 1 purchased at a local store for almost double HerRoom's price. If only I had known but at least it led to getting a spectacular fitting everyday bra. Good lift and support, soft and feminine touches the thing you'll want to consider is if you're larger and have worn a lot of minimizing bras over the years, people will notice the difference. Very nice fit, excellent support. I like the smooth cup, but with little lacy details just for a feminine touch. I ordered the wrong size before, and am glad I tried again. Donna
