I would give this 5 stars except it pinches my underarm. A wonderful bra-fitter in suburban NYC brought me this bra, informing me that after gaining some weight, I was no longer a 34DD but a 34G. It did wonders for my figure, made my waist look smaller by lifting & supporting. The padding is like none other, doesn't make me look huge, doesn't pucker, gives full coverage. It's a serious piece of engineering, this bra. So serious I can't wear it for too, too long. It's uncomfortable for lounging but great for 9-to-5 wear. Not too many bras work for me, just this and one other. HerRoom is my favorite site for bra-shopping. Most helpful reviews. Best selection. This is one of the best bras I've ever had! its hard to find a bra in my size (small waist large cup) but the bra provided great life and support and didn't make my chest like too large or small. Only downside is after a couple months it kinda went kafizzles and lost its luster (lost the support I need). Maybe I need the next size up of something but that kind of sucked to me. I was looking for a no-show-through bra without the thick molded cups like so many bras and I found it with the Fayreform profile perfect----What I love about this bra is the profile....looks so much more youthful yet natural than other bras. WARNING!! The Profile Perfect has apparently been slightly redesigned and resized for 2009! The new ones I've tried just don't fit quite the same way, and the new 3 hook band (formerly a 2 hook on smaller sizes) and the higher cut sides panels are very uncomfortable. I'm still trying to find a size that *might* work for me. Sigh...even if you have worn Fayreform bras happily before, you might need to do a major try-on session to see if they still work for you. (But maybe for some people, this redesign will be good.) I'm afraid they no longer are sized for me, which is a crying shame, because they were PERFECT before. (See my earlier review). I am very narrow around, but yet need a larger cup size. This particular bra does not have the lift that some others may have; but once you put it on you really don't feel the "weight." Very comfortable, and the Rose is a very nice color. Not sure on the fit though! The bra does seem to give me a good lift, but the cup shape is what I have a problem with. The top portion of the cup seems to point downward, instead of giving me an uplifted, rounded shape. Also I got the 32, and I have to hook it on the last set of hooks, so the band seems to run big. Doesn't look bad in a tee shirt, but certainly not the "perfect profile" I was hoping for. I'll keep it though because it does absolutely eliminate that "double boob" look. Bonnie from Conklin, NY

Excellent bra, give a great shape and very supportive. The bra fit is for an average figure which is very difficult to find in a 38DDDD. I can't wear full figure bras because the wires are too long and hit me in the armpits but this bra is perfect. Cup runs true to size, I do find the band is a bit snug but because it isn't super stretchy it offers great support. I have paid $113 for a bra and I like this one better. Love, Love, Love! This bra is made with quality materials and is very pretty. However, I have always been very hard to fit due to a small rib cage and large breasts. As you go up in size the wires and cups get wider but never DEEPER. The result is a big wide strap that mashes my breasts in. I tried two different sizes and, as usual, SETTLED.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for this feedback. You didn't comment how you sized up. If you sized up by band size, you would be right. However, if you increased your cup sizing, the cup would get deeper. Beckie from Crossville, TN USA

I am in love. After much looking, this is the only bra I own that well and truly fits. The band runs true to size or maybe a bit snug (I'm between a 30 and a 32 band and wear the 32 comfortably in this brand), and the cups are true to size.

I was looking for a non-padded T-shirt bra, so this fit the bill exactly. It's comfortable, and the silhouette it creates is seamless and natural-looking. My *only* complaint is that because of the thicker spacer foam material, the extra fabric on my right breast (the smaller one) is more noticeable than with bras made from other fabrics. It wrinkles more noticeably than I'd like, so I'm considering getting an insert for it. Tori from Tucson/Arizona/USA

1st ever "ahhh" when putting on a bra! Sizing exactly as per plus-size chart (DDD is an E) & quality seemed high. Unfortunately, it is a little matronly on, but I would have overlooked that if there hadn't been show-through. Sad to send it back, but the foam is simply too thin to do the job and it wasn't pretty enough for a special-occasion-only bra. Lynn from Central Florida

This bra lives up to its name: Profile Perfect! I have many beautiful European bras, and I thought but this one is hands-down, the most comfortable bra I have EVER worn. It provides superb shaping and support, and I LOVE the very thin foam cups because they do just what they are supposed to do: smooth and shape without adding "fill". NOTHING looks better under a trim Tshirt or shell... I have sexier bras, but none looks sexier under clothing than the Profile Perfect. It is awesome, and I agree with the reviewer who said they wanted to replace all their other bras. I think I will replace everything I own with this bra. It was a bit stiff for the first hour, and then it fit like a second skin. It has the underarm boning that helps with my fleshiness there, and it just makes my breasts look full and round and great, like they did before breastfeeding. I have spent upwards from $80 for good well made, good fitting bras previously. I have found it virtually impossible to buy a great looking (ie sexy) well made bra nowadays-everything seems to create the "third boob" or half of my breasts end up under my arms. I have scrounged around SoCal for any of these I can find. I have now purchased another lighter color-and will be ordering another color soon. Through the years, when I find something I like, I purchase a couple and wear them out. This is my new "it" bra. And I totally agree with the customer who said she could (paraphrased) wear things a little bit lower without being obscene. Thank you so very much. THE BRA IS VERY COMFORTABLE, WEARS WELL, DOES NOT RIDE UP WHICH IS IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARE SMALL AROUND AND LARGE BUSTED. I HAVE WORN IT TWICE BUT HAVE NOT YET WASHED IT. At first it seemed to be great. But the over-the-shoulder straps cut into my skin around and under my arms and the underwire cuts into my ribs. Loosening it just made it slip and gap around the torso. I tried the one just like it but without the underwire, but the cups were not shaped properly and it puckered severely on top of the breasts. In the end, I kept this bra only because I have only two other bras that fit (both from HerRoom also) and neither of them are comfortable either.

HerRoom Response: If you are short in stature, this might be one of the reasons you are having problems around your arms. As for the cups having puckers along the top, it's important that you place your breasts inside the cups before attaching the bra together. You also need to lean forward and shake them into place.
