I have full range of motion in my shoulders and can easily reach behind my back, but I still found it impossible to attach this item to my bra straps. I would get one strap in, and then when attempting to get the other strap in, the first strap would pop out. If there's a trick to it that I'm not aware of, it would have been good to put those instructions in the package.
