I have been looking for a REAL cotton slip for years and still can't believe I found one. THANK YOU Farr West (with the help of HerRoom) for supplying this lightweight slip. It has served me well when traveling to Italy where air-conditioning is a luxury and perspiring is a not optional during the summer months.This slip wears very well under gauze type dresses/skirts which are a necessity to survive in Europe. I have been wanting a warm-weather slip and this one is very nice. The cotton is lightweight and soft. Based on reviews regarding the small waist, I ordered a Medium and was able to slide it over my 35" hips easily and it fit very comfortably on my 28" waist. It was a little longer than anticipated, though (mine measured 34" from waist to bottom of lace), and being only 5'4" every inch counts. Birdwatcher from Marin County, California

This slip is fabulous! The airy fabric doesn't cling at all, and is the perfect weight. It washes beautifully. I bought a large instead of a small (because I'm pregnant) and plan to just take it in later if need be. I'm sure I'll wear it for many years. JCL from Arvada, CO

I was thrilled to finally find a long cotton slip. I normally wear a medium but ordered by the manufacturers guidelines and am satisfied with the fit. But if you need an extra large you're not going to be able to wear this slip. It's a very nice slip; but for the price it's nothing special and the elastic in the waist isn't even covered! None the less, I am grateful to finally have a cotton slip that's long enough for my skirts. The service was good and the slip came sooner than promised (it had been back-ordered). COTTON, OMG I've been looking for a breathable slip for years. Living in Arizona the temp get to 120, you wear alot of dresses and some require slips. the last thing you want is a sip that makes you hot. I LOVE IT!!!! Pamela from Mesa AZ

Although it was packaged elegantly, the size was far from accurate. I ordered the slip a size larger than I usually wear and it was tight as a glove. It could have been cut wrong or sewed wrong, but it was not an XL. amscsjo from USA

This is a beautiful slip in hard-to-find cotton. It is well-made, and really comfortable. If you don't like things that are snug in the waist, make sure to order a size or two larger than your pant or skirt size. I wear a size 8-10, and ordered the size Large slip. It fits great, and I wouldn't want it any smaller in the waist. This slip is an A-line shape, and works best under similar-shaped skirts. I love it! Caroline from Boston, MA

My mother has looked far and near for years for this slip! She must have cotton, and she must have it slender but yet have room to walk (very full slips puff out her skirts too much for her liking).
