This is a pretty good bra. It holds well and gives nice support. My only complaint is, what is with all the sheer lace on bras for full busted women? The Helena is generally a nice bra for the smaller bust. Pros: Centered straps that don't slip, nice long straps for long torso women, & restricted stretch straps so you don't bounce. Also, doesn't dig under the arms as some bras can do. Cons: Cups not stiff enough which caused the girls to droop. I know my correct size! This bra, while pretty, just doesn't offer me enough support because the cups are not stiff enough. Sharon from Virginia

Had high hopes for this one. Good shape, good support, seam right in the middle of the boob shows through on a lot of my tops. Returned it.

This bra would be beautiful on a slender person, and it looks fabulous in the photos. However, as a fat person, everything oozed over the sides; and the band is really narrow (I personally think I would love a 4-5" band that locks everything in). The bra offered no support; my nipples were quite prominent, and it looked they looked to the sides (the opposite of cross-eyed) rather than straight ahead. I didn't see a lot difference between the DD and E. (I'm despairing of ever finding a bra that I like!)

I need support and this bra did not offer that. Elastic straps do not help support large cup bras and it is very hard to find straps and cups that are not stretchy.

Fantasie Response: Our bras feature restricted stretch straps for ease of movement, but the fabrication in the cups is always rigid for maximum support. Many other brands have stretchy cups because it’s actually easier to “fake” a fit with cups that are forgiving, but naturally the down-side of this is an outright lack of support, and quite a “droopy” look. Because our cups are rigid, it’s possible to get that wonderful lifted and “perky” look. It’s extremely important to be in the correct size for a true custom fit. If the size is wrong it’s impossible for the bra to do the job it’s meant to do, which is to support the breast tissue.

If you’re depending on the straps too much for support, it’s an indication that the body of the bra isn’t giving you enough support: Usually it’s because the band is too large, and the cups are too small. Please ensure that the under-wires are surrounding all of the breast tissue, and that the back end of the wire is behind the breast tissue, on bone. The piece of fabric between the cups should be up against the chest wall, and the band should be snug enough to stay parallel to the floor around your torso.

If you still feel you need a style with a bit more “guts” perhaps you’d like Karina 2452, the newest addition to our Fantasie family. Love this bra! As a petite person with a large cup size, I want pretty bras, too. This fits the bill. No digging into my sides and no bagging front. The style is pretty, even in the beige. My only problem with this bra is that it doesn't really allow for either cleavage or low-cut shirts. It separates, but not with much lift, and the sternum part of the underwire is a little high on the breastbone.

I own four of these bras and they are number one in my drawer. Perfect fit and amazing support for seemingly little construction. Plus, the straps don't slip as they do on many other bras. The cups fit but they don't offer me much in the way of support or shaping, let alone "front projection". My breasts just seem kind of flat and sad. The straps did not feel centered at all and the seams are really conspicuous. I expect a certain amount of visibility with the kind of bras I require, but this was so obvious it probably looked like my shirt just included a random horizontal line from far away. Very disappointing. Makes me scared to try any other Fantasie styles. Joan from NJ

Absolutely my favorite bra ever. I have ordered it in different sizes due to weight gain/loss (mostly pregnancy related), and will do so again! You can see the seams under some fabrics, but the overall package of shape, support, and long wear is worth it imho. Abby from Ohio

I'm giving this item 3 stars based on it's price as compared to it's construction and functionality. I expected, and wanted more support from this item, at 5'7", 135lbs. For a woman with a firm bust at 32DD, such as myself, the front and sides are sturdy and well constructed, but the back and the straps are too stretchy to provide lift. It should have 3 or 4 columns of hooks, vs. 2 columns. Sorry, folks, but this item does not have enough support for a woman with a bustline. In addition, the straps attach at the cups emphasizing underarm bulge. I wouldn't order this bra again.
