This one didn't work for my, shall we say, gravity-affected shape. If you imagine the cups are divided into quadrants, the upper outside quadrant of the cups (the part where the straps attach) wrinkled badly as if the cups were too large, but in the upper center quadrant, I think I would have spilled over had I gone with a smaller cup size. Tried repositioning, etc, but no luck. Also, the lift effect was not as good as with the contour-cup style I like from another manufacturer. It may be that molded cup bras like this one just aren't up to the job in my case, and I need to stick with contour cup bras.
4520 is one of our favorite bras, but it’s not for everyone. Usually you need the “three Fs” for this one: Full, Firm, and Fake (‘fake’ meaning implants)... Also if one has a short upper torso (not much room from the underside of the breast to the shoulder) this bra is amazing! You might want to try our newest Fantasie contour cup T-shirt bra Rhiannon. It’s a very easy fit, with a subtle fashionable print, and so lifted and supportive! If you were wearing a 32F in 4500 (from your previous review on 4500) you would need a 32E in 4520.
