it is so nice to find a site where you have a choice of plus size undergarments.. the bra that i ordered had a plastic ring break when i tried it on. customer service said they would exchange it for another style. but,, i found that a key ring worked just fine . so i replaced the other plastic ring , with a key ring. welll. works great.. wish you had more of this style available. i definetly would purchase another. oh yes, i did order 2 more bras but a different style. bet they will be great also. thank you doreen doreen from crawford ga

Coverage is good on this bra, it really gives you lift with out the underwire. I was disappointed however after wearing for several hours the strap which look so comfortable began to dig in my shoulder as only the front of the strap is wide as shown in the picture. The back of the straps were thin like a regular bra. I will not order this one again, as it looses comfort after about 2 hours.

Fancee Free Response: I would suggest you buy a shoulder strap pad to help with the discomfort you are feeling. Examples of these would be Fashion Forms 6100 and BQ630. Fancee free does not sell any. Shanna from Chandler , AZ

Fit & support are wonderful. However, the straps are uncomfortable. If the straps were more comfortable, the support would be even better. Straps are only about half as wide as shown in the picture and have no padding. Gma from Washington/USA

The bra is very comfortable, lifts and supports well. The only down side is that the wide part of the strap is on the front of the shoulder instead of on top where it's needed. I really like this bra and will buy it again. Also, this is my first purchase from HerRoom.com which was excellent. Nina

the wide straps are not nearly as wide as the picture shows; AND the wide part of the strap STOPS right on the top of my shoulder instead of going all the around to the back, so i am offered no additional protection and the strap digs constantly into my skin. i am extremely disappointed. this bra probably won't lasts me longer than one month. the stretchy elastic that goes under the arms is so stretchy that, even on the tightest clasp, the bra's not snug on my body. and i know my size, i've ordered several bras from this company in the past and i am completely disappointed with this product.

Fancie Free Response:The strap is designed to go completely over your shoulder. Some figures have more than normal space from breasts to shoulders and this could cause the wider part of the strap to be too short on you. Bras should be rotated so that the fabric can rest, if you wear the same bra everyday it won't last nearly as long as if you had at least 3 or 4 and rotate them. virginia from lawton, ok, US

I've spent a small fortune trying to find a bra that fit, was comfortable, straps didn't fall down and back didn't ride up. This is it, and I am so excited that I came back to order a couple more. This bra covered my breasts greatly, but the straps were awful. They kept digging into my shoulders, because the padded part was actually moreso on my chest/lower shoulder rather than on my actual shoulder, where I needed the comfort. After 2 days of this, I decided to put old cloth pieces under the straps until i went out to buy shoulder pads to put under them. IT HURTS, AND IS HIGHLY IRRITATING!! Straps were adjusted properly and everything, just not as comfortable as the advertising let on. Also, the straps were not as WIDE as they appeared, because they easily got scrunched into my shoulders. I am a very large busted woman, and for my age, it's important that I have comfort and support. Brittany from SC

This bra is a wonderful find. I have been looking for a bra without underwire that would offer support for both every day use and exercising. I am allergic to Latex and have discovered most bras will make me break out in a rash. This bra does not! I am very pleased with the fit and support this bra offers and would highly recommend it. Itchy itchy itchy. I'm hoping that will improve with washing, though the material seems to be the sort that will leave me red and sweaty in the summer. I went to the manufacturer's website to see if it came in cotton, but no luck. (HerRoom, would it be possible for you guys to offer it in black?) The cups fit great - first time I've found ones where I don't bulge at the top. Unfortunately the band runs large; I wish I could try a 32. The bra's not as supportive as I'd like---the shoulder straps are super long; I'll have to go to a seamstress. I'm waiting to buy more until I see if this one stops itching.

Fit well and supportive but made me itch. The foam lining got hard after several months of washing and air drying. I finally threw them away.

Love the support and comfort. This bra is a bit harder to fasten than the other 2 different bras I ordered. It seems smaller around the rib cage as I can only fasten the first row of hooks. Rather fasten in the 2nd or 3rd row. Not so much tugging required. Joan from Dallas/Texas/USA

This bra has a wide band which I like, but it does not fit tight under my breast, so I am having to adjust myself more often than I want to, and even though the straps are wide, I'm finding that the outer stitching on it digs into my shoulder even after adjusting them, which seems to be what holds this bra up on me.
