WOW!! I love this bra. I actually forgot that I had breasts for awhile! During my tredmill work out, I wasn't distracted by bouncing and the constant worry that I was doing real damage to my breasts. This bra is a God send. I had no trouble at all hooking it up and it really isn't that uncomfortable. It's not the most stylish article of clothing I own, but who cares if it works! Be prepared to think OH GOD this is way too small when you first try it on. I wanted a good supportive bra to fit me (36 C) for high impact workouts. Enell surely does the job! Everything stayed in place, no soreness from friction... I felt secure the entire workout. While it isn't the sexiest sports bra, Enell fits the bill when you are looking for zero bounce. Other than the cumbersome front closure on this athletic bra, it is fabulous and does the job. I am dissatisfied with "HerRoom" because they limited me with no refund/return on this product.

HerRoom Response: We have a 30 day return policy for a full refund. We also could not find your order with us. Gail from Chantilly, Va, USA

I ordered the size 1 as I am a 36D. I was impressed with the quality of the fabric and all of the fasteners. Unfortunately the cups were too large. The band that goes around my ribs just fit. Customer service advised me that if I go down one size to the zero the band will get smaller. I regretfully returned it.

I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service at Her Room. I received more than one email confirming my order and making sure that I was satisfied. The return has been a breeze. I even received a personal phone call from a Representative. I will definitely keep looking for the right bra and return to Her Room. Joanne from Rock Island, Illinois

Very pleased with quality. Excellent support - typically wear 40DD, and using this bra while running - never had support like this! Patti from Michigan

This is a great sports bra - the only one I can run in comfortably! Just make sure to take your measurements carefully before ordering so you get the best fit - an easy to follow sizing chart can be found on the Enell website. LJ from New York

It definitely does compress, but I feel like I cant expand my ribcage sufficiently. I ordered some moving comfort bras, which I feel do support me without constriction Kate from Fort Lee, NJ

After injuring my shoulder, I bought this bra one size larger than recommended (I generally wear a 34F or G = Enell size 2, so I bought a 3) with the intention of using it in lower-impact activities for comfortable support that wouldn't put focused strain on my shoulder. It has worked well for me for that purpose: the body of the bra provides most of the support and the shoulder straps are very wide. Susan from New York

If you are larger than a D cup read this review and *save your money* this is the most expensive least supportive bra I have ever worn *and* it smooshes your boobs together to boot! The feeling is like running around with *No* bra on but the added bonus of having excess cleavage sweat from having them pressed together - just awful I can't imagine why this gets *any* good reviews - yes it's that bad...

HerRoom Response: We respectfully disagree with you. Yes, this bra has compression, but this is necessary to hold in the breasts. Your complaints sound more like you had the wrong bra size. Lesley from Boston Ma, USA

This bra did not eliminate the bouncing like it stated. I put it on and jumped up and down and it felt like I didn't have anything on at all because I bounced so much. It was tight at the rib cage but not above the breasts. I am sending it back immediately Nixaqt from Milwaukee, WI

This bra has been the answer to my fitness prayers! I have not been able to jog or participate in high impact aerobics since high school due to excruciating pain from "chest bounce". I was very intimidated when I first saw the hook enclosures, but putting it on is no problem now. This bra holds me in wonderfully for several pain-free miles of jogging, versus 1 lap around the track before. True, it is not the most fashionable bra available, but since I am more concerned about my health and looking good in my regular clothes, this bra serves its purpose beautifully. I intend to be a long-term customer for Enell! Regular bra size: 32FF Mandy from Birmingham, AL, USA

This bra is outstanding. I wore it to kickboxing and jumping rope didn't hurt like usual. I will probably only buy this brand for sports again!!! Tina from

The bra itself is great. It offers terrific support and is comfortable. However, on the first wash, the lower hoops were damaged and now I have a $60 bra I've worn twice. As a marathon runner I was looking forward to many miles with this bra, but have now put it at the bottom of my drawer. ldelde from Elk Grove/CA/USA

This is the most comfortable (and supportive) sports bra I've ever owned. I'm not an athletic person, but when I wear it, I actually feel like I can do more. I LOVE THIS BRA!!! Kimberly from Lees Summit, MO

After hearing so much about the Enell bra, I decided to try it. I am very impressed! I have always hard to find a good jogging bra, but Enell is definitely what I am looking for. It's firm hold avoids that bouncy feel without adding more tension to my shoulders. It is definitely worth every penny! Mariam from Lebanon

I read all of the reviews before purchasing this bra and I have been wearing it for months now. The verdict? Although this bra is very supportive I find it constricting for exercises that require a great deal of stretching (such as yoga and Pilates) because it restricts shoulder movement. Also the bra takes a very long time to put on and take off because of the hook and eye front closure (10 total on the Size 00 - normally wear a 32DD). True it does eliminate bouncing, but it isn't comfortable enough for me to give a full recommendation.

HerRoom Response: This bra is not recommended for wearing in yoga or pilates. M. Daniels from New York, NY

This is a really nice bra. I ordered one that was about two sizes too small. I had a mastectomy seven years ago and had no idea what to get. Now I'm getting reconstruction surgery and and am using bras that fit a bit looser and I gave the bra I purchased to my friend. I'll order a new one when I know what size I need. The others don't require sizing to be so precise. This is a good thing if your body is static, but mine is currently in flux. Mary from Pinetop, AZ USA

Fantastic!! Love being a 34DDD and a size 1! Very comfortable, straps stay in place, not too hot, breasts are up high but not smashed so workout clothes look better. Can't believe I worked out without it! Lisa from Perkasie, PA USA

I love this bra. I run 4-7 miles every other day. While training for a half marathon my other bras started rubbing hot spots. This bra is fantastic. No more hot spots and no more jiggling or readjusting halfway thru a run. Fabulous! Jennifer from KY

Before getting this bra, I was wearing literally 4 bras at a time in order to avoid bouncing. I LOVE this bra. It's comfortable, there is no tugging on the shoulders. It is absolutely supportive, and I got the red one so it's pretty. It's a very substantial garment and very well made. I couldn't be happier. Kate from Austin, TX, USA

This is a great bra! However, the size I got is a little too loose for me. I am going to order one size smaller and keep this one to use for normal wear. Jeni from Hanover, PA, USA
