I have a hard time finding the perfect sports bar. This bar is the closest I have found to holding large breasts in place however when I did jumping type of exercises (hands above head) my breasts did move more than I would hope. However, the front closure is perfect for large breasted woman. It's the best so far but still not what I would call perfect. Lorene from Austin, TX

It fits perfect, except around my rib cage after about an hour of working out.It gets a bit painful. Every where else it fits perfect though. Chris from California, usa

I first got this in a size 4, no way was that going to fit me so I returned it to get a size 5, and even that size didnt work. Size 5 was too small as well. I thought Size 5 would be fine since I am a 44DD, nope didnt work so I wasnt happy and returned it to get my money back!

Enell Response: You mentioned that you currently wear a size 44DD bra, however the ENELL sizing is not the same as standard bra sizing. ENELL Sports Bra's come in 10 sizes, 00 - 8. To best fit for an ENELL Sports Bra we recommend taking your actual measurements. Please take the following two measurements, with your everyday bra on (not a minimizer or sports bra).
1. Measure around the fullest part of your bust (BUST MEASUREMENT).
2. Measure around the rib cage directly under the breasts (RIB MEASUREMENT).
You can also see an example of how to do this on the "Fitting and Measuring for Enell Sports bra" video linked on this page next to the small photos of this style. Once you have taken your measurements please refer to the ENELL size chart. The ENELL Sports Bra is designed to fit very snug. It is a good idea to use the bra for short periods of time at first so your body can get used to the feel of the bra. You can also Sterling from Mckinney,TX

Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough. I am a large breasted woman who likes to remain active and has tried MANY ways to keep things under control. This is the first sports bra that even comes close to doing what it promises. Thank you for realizing that even some of us larger gals like to run, jump and play! I purchased the Enell sports bra for running and I have no complaints other than I might go down a size for my next purchase as the band seems a bit loser than the cups for me. It is not pretty or glamorous but gets the job done and for this I'm grateful and will happily be purchasing another one soon. Sher from California

Would have been perfect IF there weren't SEAMS across the front that were visable while wearing a shirt. I wear a 36DD and do not work out without wearing a shirt! I have no idea why they designed this bra with seams that are very visible.

Enell Response: I understand your concern about the arch seam. Currently our SPORT Bra is made with the arch seam because it holds the non stretch fabric inside the bra that prevents the vertical bounce. We have done some trials using a seamless seam, but the support of the bra was greatly compromised. This is not something we are willing to eliminate in the design. However, we are always searching for a better way and are now looking into alternative seams. If we discover something that will work as well and give the support we want, we will most certainly implement it into the design at that time. suzi from Boston, Ma, USA

Fits snug, but does not provide ANY shape and makes my breasts super flat/wide and unattractive. I am not comfortable with how it looks on and not comfortable wearing it.

Enell Response: We are sorry you were unhappy with your ENELL SPORTS Bra. We do offer the ENELL LITE Bra NL101 designed for low impact activities that gives more shape. Edith from Escondido, Ca. USA

Love this bra. I am a 40 DD, and I ordered this because I had to do something for my company last weekend where I did a lot of lifting and moving things around. The girls normally get in the way, but not with this bra on! One of the best bras I have ever worn. So comfortable I couldn't even feel it, and the girls didn't move at all. Niiiice! Hard to put on, but once it is you are in place and not moving much. For me it is a little sung on the band and big in the chest and yes the seams are a little wierd under your shirt. Lisa from WI

I love this bra!!! I was supported completely! I could run and not worry, I had no bounce! The first time getting into it was a little tricky but after that I didn't have a problem with it. I recommend this bra to any busty woman that want to be active without any worries!!! Priscilla from Riverside, CA USA

Best bra ever for me. Please do not make it too expensive to afford. I was thinking about a breast reduction - this bra saved me from surgery. I ordered a 0 the first time and it is too snug around the ribs the 1 is a much better fit. carol from del mar, ca

The bra was a little too tight for now being I'm 24 weeks pregnant but I kept it for after I deliver my baby. It feels comfortable to wear during my gym workouts.

Enell Response: The ENELL Sports Bra is designed to fit very snug. It is a good idea to use the bra for short periods of time at first so your body can get used to the feel of the bra. After you deliver, please make sure to re-measure to make sure it is the correct ENELL size. Mary from Covina, California, USA

This item fits very, very tight. I followed the sizing guidelines using actual measurements and the bra was so tight it restricted my breathing. I have decided to return the item, but I would just caution buyers to entertain the idea of purchasing a size larger than what the website indicates.

Enell Response: Thank you for trying the ENELL Bra. I am sorry it did not work for you. The ENELL Sports Bra is designed to fit very snug. It is a good idea to use the bra for short periods of time at first so your body can get used to the feel of the bra. Tomima's Tip does suggest going up a size or to try the ENELL LITE Bra for a comfort fit best for low-medium impact activities. Alexis from McLean, VA

This one felt great for my workout. Great support for us larger breasted women. I only gave it 4 stars because it is really not very attractive and the seam on the cups look funny under my tshirts and tank tops. In a nutshell... ugly but felt perfect for the gym. The band was tighter than other sports bras as anticipated from other reviews. It feels supportive although I anticipated more support throughout the garment rather than mainly from the band strap. Kate from D.C.

Although I measured, I was still unsure which size to order. I ended up going with the size 3 which was too large in the cup. I've returned the item and am awaiting it's replacement.

Enell Response: I am sorry you are having trouble with the ENELL sizing. The sizing chart that HerRoom.com has up is accurate. mcmomma from NJ

I really wanted to like this bra since it is expensive and has been so positively promoted by many others. Although I measured and ordered appropriately, I find it way too tight. That being said, it certainly provides great support. I have worn it a bit but am hesitant to wear it working out as I feel it constricts my breathing. It is difficult to put on with all those little hooks. I am considering either sending it back to get a larger size, which is annoying since that I followed ordering and measuring directions perfectly, or returning it completely. Sure wish it would have worked for me as I have been trying to find a good sports bar for it seems like forever.

Enell Response: I am sorry you are not completely happy with your ENELL purchase. The ENELL Sports Bra is designed to fit very snug. A snug fit means a proper fit. It is a good idea to use the bra for short periods of time at first so your body can get used to the feel of the bra. The hook and eyes up the front get easier with time. Vanessa

This is the best sports bra I have ever worn! I've been running, spinning, and taking cardio classes in it and it kept the girls in place and was really comfortable. I've had problems with too tight waist bands and broken blood vessels on my shoulders with other big bust bras, but this bra has been 100% comfy. I've thrown away every other sports bra I own because I refuse to go back to ill-fitting, not as supportive bras. I'm a 36D and was encouraged to try on the 2 first at the place I bought it and it fits perfect. The band is definitely a little small so just go up one size and you should be fine. This was part of my first order from HerRoom. I typically wear a 34 DD in most bras. I have purchased sports bras that fit, but none provided enough support to allow me to actually run. In fact, I realized that I have probably been avoiding certain kinds of physical activity mostly because it causes breast discomfort. I wasn't sure what size to order according to Enell's chart, as I have a 29" underbust measurement and a 39" bust measurement (putting me in the measurements for the size 0 and size 1 in each of those categories). The 1 is just right though, and I am able to run with practically no breast movement! This was only possible before with 2 or more bras. This bra truly lives up to the rave reviews. My ribcage measurements put me in a size 5, but my chest measurements indicated a size 5. I went with the smaller size after reading reviews that this bra should fit tightly. The fit around the ribcage is tight, but perfect. My issue is that one breast is a full cup size larger than the other, and this bra does not contain it. When I first put the bra on, the fit is fine, though a very large uniboob! However, with a few minor movements, the larger breast begins to come out of the top of the bra. I feel like a size 5 might have worked to address this issue, but then might not have had a tight enough fit around the ribcage.

Enell Response: Hi Angela, we're sorry you are having some fitting issues with the Enell Bra. Enell does offer a custom fit program to help women that do not fit into one of their 10 standard sizes. Please call for more information and they will be happy to find the right Enell Bra for you. Angela from Texas
