Elomi Response: Perhaps like a lot of ladies, you might have a short upper torso (not much room from the underside of the breast to the shoulder). Sometimes it helps to go down in the cup (in your case HH) and compromise a teeny bit on coverage, so as not to have the wires come up so high under the arm, and to not have the sides of the bra digging into the upper arm… LDT from IL
HerRoom Response: You state that you are petite. Your symptoms are common among who are petite in stature. At HerRoom, we have a petite-plus size category that identifies bras that may fit you better.
Elomi Response: The under-wire poking, and the bottom edge digging… this is usually caused by the wire gouging into soft tissue can happen for a variety of reasons. Usually it’s because the cup is too small, or (and this happens so often) you aren't placing your breasts into the cup properly –bringing all of the breast tissue in front of the under-wire, making sure the wire is resting on bone, not on breast tissue.
