I am so very happy about finding Her Room! There's a local bra boutique in my city, but the bras there cost around $120!! For one bra!!! The bra is great. It holds me in and doesn't create the back roll like some bras do. It does wonders for my poor sore back. I'm too petite for the size of boobs I have, and I've been struggling with terrible back pain for quite some time. This bra keeps them held in and supported. I don't think I could ever run in it, however. But I think it's nearly impossible to run with a HH cup. T from Canada

Awesome bra for "lighter" sports activities i.e. yoga, walking. This bra does a great job lifting and separating. Probably would not wear for more rigorous activities ie boxing, aerobics, running. But despite that, comfortable enough for everyday. kristin from spokane, wa

When putting your Energise sport bra on, please be sure to sweep your breast tissue from the armpit to the cleavage for proper placement and distribution of the breast tissue in the cup. At the center gore, sweep the cleavage to each side. The breast tissue should rest at the bottom of and fill each cup. Elomi Energise EL 8040 is a very supportive, non-compression sport bra with great moisture wicking capabilities.
