This bra gives me good shape and great support. It puts me up and out front, rather than spreading me out to the side and "minimizing." It very comfortable overall. The only drawback is in the shoulders - after 8-10 hours of wear, I start to feel the straps putting pressure on my shoulders. But then, that's something I notice after wearing almost any bra all day. I've been happy wearing a seamless, underwire bra made by Goddess for some years now. I'm going to add a few more of this 3-section underwire bra by Elomi to my wardrobe now - I'm very pleased with it. Cat from Portland, ME, USA

Women who have girls after a certain size have a hard time finding a bra that lifts and separates so wonderfully. I love this bra! Submitted from TheUndies.com

The fit was exactly right , however .... the wire that sits under the arm is extremely uncomfortable ! I can't wear it , too painful .

Elomi Response: You must have a shorter upper-torso which means you probably run into this problem of being cut under the arm frequently. You could try a few styles in Fantasie like the Savannah 2152 or Florence 2412. Namphuyo from Miami , Fl U.S.A.

This is a comfortable and supportive bra. Similar to my Wacoal bras, not as well made as my pricey PrimaDonna. I haven't owned it very long, so I can't speak to how it will wear. Barbara from Vermont/US

I have two of these bras in different colors. I love the color selection and wish they still had more because I would buy them. Easily have become my favorites. They offer great support. Any Elomi side support bra will be in my drawer and probably is. Gigi from Centreville, VA

The cup size was quite a bit larger than another brand I have purchased on this site. In the future, I will go back to my trusted brand. I did like the beautiful color and design.

Elomi Response: Cup sizes vary by brand. We are a UK company and our sizing is a bit different that US sizing. Our J cup is equivalent to 10 D’s. We suggest that you try one cup smaller. Christina from Poulsbo, WA

I HATE this bra. It fits horribly! I have major natural cleavage and the bra separates my girls SO much that it leaves like a crazy almost 4 inch gap between my boobs that makes my shirts look like they're caving in between my breasts. I've never had a bra fit me that way before. I already sent it back and changed sizes before. I'm just going to get a refund this time. I love my cleavage and want it to stay the way it is... but I just need very firm support and lift.

Elomi Response: The Elomi 8030 tacks (i.e. provides separation like a good fitting bra should) in the center gore (center of the bra) really well. The Elomi 1221 smoothing style will give you that “push-up” effect that you are looking for, however it only comes up to a 40G cup.The Elomi Abi 8100 comes in your size and is a plunger style that might work for you. Wonder bra, my only problem is I should have ordered at 32 instead of 34. The fit is great. It is surely true to cup size. I never thought I would find a bra that actually fit all my breast inside the cup and fit against by breast bone. I will be ordering more of this one, but in the correct size. Love, love, love it. I can wear it all day without discomfort. Brenda from Marshallville, Georgia, USA

Had to send back was too big ordered the next size down (both in band and cup size), and I decided to keep it because it was comfortable at first but after a whole day with it on I couldn't get it off fast enough.

HerRoom Response: When you went down both a band and cup size, you actually went down 2 cup sizes.

Elomi Response: It’s hard to say without actually seeing you in the bra. It might be you’re used to wearing other brands that are perhaps a little more “forgiving” than our Elomi brand. Elomi is designed and built to give that “custom” fit, for the ultimate in lift and support. It’s therefore essential to find the correct size. Also I hope you’re “swooping-and-scooping” the breast tissue forward into the cup (from the back to the front) making sure the under-wire surrounds all of the breast tissue and sits behind, not on top of breast tissue, on bone. smv

I was so excited when I put this bra on. For the first time in my life, I found a bra that fit me. No third boob or side boob. It looked great. My only complaint about the bra is the underwire under the armpits. It pokes me in my side. I put a small pair of socks in between the bra and my skin and it alleviates the pain. Jamie from PA

This bra gives great coverage and support all while looking really good. The sapphire blue is so dark that they should call it navy blue. The only reason I'm giving this bra a 4 star is because the straps are too far out which causes them to easily slip off your shoulders if they are not tight. Jodi from East Stroudsburg, PA USA

The bra has a fabulous shape-uplifted and natural, but very supportive. I ordered the size I was recommended by a bra fitter but the underwire was too wide and also dug in under my armpit. I am exchanging it for a smaller cup size-one cup size down. I am thinking that will work for me. Candy from IN

This was my first Elomi purchase. This bra runs true to size, is comfortable, does not fit too tight. It has great support. I can wear it all day and forget I have it on. Kally from Spokane Washington

This bra made my breasts look like missiles. While that look may have been popular in the 1960s, it's not a popular look now, and the bra was immediately returned. Aside from the way it made my breasts look, it felt supportive and relatively comfortable.

Elomi Response: Most of our customers have found that 8030 gives a very lifted, perky and natural look. Sometimes we can get that “torpedo effect”-look when the cups are too small (when too much breast tissue is forced into a space that’s simply too small for it, the tissue will be forced forward, giving a more “projected” look). The most bizarrely fitting bra I have ever put on. The material is stiff and rough. The underwire stabbed the tender area under my armpit, and I am by no means short nor am I short waisted. Horrible, horrible bra.

Elomi Response: 8030 is one of our all-time fave bras ever, but as we all know, not all bras will be right for everybody. Elomi bras are designed to give you a very specific “custom” fit. To accomplish this we use non-stretch fabrication in our cups, and our bands have a bit more structure than some of the other brands. Selecting the correct size is essential for comfort and support. So often it’s an incorrect size, and not the style that makes a bra uncomfortable, and not able to do the job of supporting the breast tissue. And it’s just as important to put the bra on properly as it is to find the correct size and style. Disappointed

Bra fits very well and quite comfortable. However the plastic loops in the back squeak while wearing the bra. It is quite noticeable whenever my shoulder blades move. Can't wear because it makes me self conscious. Sue Sue from WI
