It's so nice to have a bra that fits correctly: the straps stay in place, the girls stay in place, the underwire doesn't poke into my armpit, and the middle part lies against my breastbone instead of sticking out! Andrea from Boise, ID

I am so excited that I've found such a great place to buy bra's that fit. I purchased the lovely bra in a 38HH. The underwire does not fit under my breast and it seems like I have too much fabric in the cup. I think I need a smaller band and cup. The support is not there. Any suggestions?

Elomi Response: It’s hard to tell without seeing you in person, but it does sound as if both the cup and the band are too large. Please remember how important it is to place the breasts into the cups properly, making sure to swoop and scoop the breasts from the back to the front so that the under-wire sits behind the breast tissue on bone. Also, in order for the bra to be able to provide maximum support it needs to fit snugly around the body, so that the band doesn’t slide around. I promise this bra will do the job if the size is correct! Angenetta from TX

I love the pretty colors and fit of this bra. It is very comfortable to wear. I agree with the other reviews that the lace and seams show through, limiting what I can wear with it. My other complaint is that it squeaks while I am moving. Alicia from USA

Elomi has yet to let me down. This is the third style I have tried from Elomi, and I love them all. This one gives me great support. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because the fabric is a bit scratchy where the underwire sits. I imagine this will soften with a few washes. Carissa from Michigan City

This bra comfortably supports, and I was very glad to find it when my previous favorite style was discontinued. I did find that I needed to go down a band size and therefore up a cup size, but with that adjustment, have found a style that works really well. I would really like to see that same style in a completely smooth (t-shirt) fabric. Janice from Charlotte, NC

Finally! After 2 years of searching for a well-fitting bra, I've finally found the Caitlyn. I was fitted a few years ago at a lingerie shop with a 38G. I knew the frame was just too big. So then after much trial and error, I ended up with Goddess 6080 in a 36J. It fit pretty well......the underwires were against the sternum, but I still felt the band was too big. And the 6080 only starts with the 36 inch band. I was always pulling it down in the back. I finally tried the Caitlyn in a 34H and the fit is about the best I can get, I think. I'm not adjusting it all day and the cups are full coverage which I prefer. I just wish there were more full- figured underwires available in the 34 inch band. So don't give up trying to find the best fit for you. It could take a while! Mary from NJ

I'm still looking for the perfect bra. Even though this is a "side support", I still bulge at the sides. The underwire is very uncomfortable in my armpit & is already moving, after only wearing 6 times.

elomi Response: It sounds as if you are not quite in the right size cup, or you're not bringing all of her breast tissue forward into the cup. If the wire is ‘moving’ it could mean the band isn’t snug enough around the torso. If you are finding the under-wire is coming up too high under the arm, you might be more comfortable in Cleo 8001 since it’s 2cm lower in the center front and underarm than #8030. This bra is fabulous for ladies who are short-waisted as there’s less fabric under the cup, and the under band won’t curl up. Kate from Chicago

This is a really great-looking, sturdy, well-designed bra and I am ecstatic that it comes in these large cup sizes. The underwires really dig into my ribs and my underarms. I think I may have ordered a band size just slightly too big. I've been losing weight for the last few months, so I may have been in between when I measured myself. If anyone has input on my theory, please mention it, because I'll probably order this bra again in the future and hopefully it will be the proper fit. Also, I'm a little hard to fit right now because I'm nursing my baby, but the actual cup size is great!

Elomi Response: I think you might be on to something. It does sound as if the band is too big, and therefore slipping around, and slipping down onto your ribs. If the band is fitting correctly the under-wires should be right up underneath the breast tissue, literally cupping the breasts and not sliding down onto the torso –sooo uncomfortable! I really love how well this bra fits around the breast. The underwires are wide enough and sit exactly where I need them to. They are just so well supported. Unfortunately after wearing it for a few hours the side under the left arm started to collapse and roll up. This is a very common bra problem for me, I just had hoped that a better bra would fix the issue. Be cause I am a seamstress, I decided to just fix the issue with 2 piece of boning which make a V to support the side. I am very interested in trying other bras, any suggestions would be helpful. I also wish the neckline was lower and that the embroidery didn't show though shirts.

Elomi Response: You might try some of our Elomi smoothing bras: 3911 –a basic seam-free (non-foam mold cup) bra available in Nude or Black 1220 –a foam mold bra (doesn’t add size) with a sweetheart neckline lower than 3911 3913–otherwise known as Asia –featuring seam-free cups and a divine leopard print (and who doesn’t need at least one leopard-print bra?!) Good support, fairly comfortable. Considering the difficulty finding sensible bras in larger sizes this is better than average. CONS - The "pretty" designs and bows show through most clothing so use is very limited. The larger sizes could use another row of hooks. If this bra were seamless and had less frills it would be perfect.

Elomi Response: It’s the seams in the bra that give that beautiful shaping and support. Unfortunately a seamless bra in the larger cup sizes will often make the shape of the breasts look very round, and wide. We’re finding the seams in 8030 “read” quite smooth under T-shirts… If you need a bit more support you might try going down in the band and up in the cup (38J) –very often this will help to firm up the support. The cup size is too lose, to much slack in the fabric on the top design part of the bra, the bottom part of the cup fits great!

Elomi Response: Are you bringing all of your breast tissue forward into the cup… Perhaps you need a cup with a bit less top cup, and a bit more plunge. You might want to try Elomi Cleo 8001 –a gorgeous sexy bra embellished with Austrian embroidery flowers at the neckline. Melita from Corona

This bra is comfortable and pretty. I can wear it all day without feeling uncomfortable. It provides excellent support and shaping for fuller busts like mine. The four star rating is only because I really wish there were more colors and also wish that there were a seamless version to wear with knits. But this is truly a five star bra!! Deb from New York

This bra just feels good on! My shoulders feel better, my back feels better, around my ribs feel better- the areas of permanent 'groove' due to gravity, bad fit and 'extra reinforcement' are not a source of issue with the Caitlyn. HOWEVER- I should have ordered a double G cup. According to the sizing method given through HerRoom the single G should have been adequate. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a bra BE SURE that you have spent the time to get accurate measurement/sizing so it will fit you well! S. from Newberg OR
