Elomi Response: It’s hard to tell without seeing you in person, but it does sound as if both the cup and the band are too large. Please remember how important it is to place the breasts into the cups properly, making sure to swoop and scoop the breasts from the back to the front so that the under-wire sits behind the breast tissue on bone. Also, in order for the bra to be able to provide maximum support it needs to fit snugly around the body, so that the band doesn’t slide around. I promise this bra will do the job if the size is correct! Angenetta from TX
elomi Response: It sounds as if you are not quite in the right size cup, or you're not bringing all of her breast tissue forward into the cup. If the wire is ‘moving’ it could mean the band isn’t snug enough around the torso. If you are finding the under-wire is coming up too high under the arm, you might be more comfortable in Cleo 8001 since it’s 2cm lower in the center front and underarm than #8030. This bra is fabulous for ladies who are short-waisted as there’s less fabric under the cup, and the under band won’t curl up. Kate from Chicago
Elomi Response: I think you might be on to something. It does sound as if the band is too big, and therefore slipping around, and slipping down onto your ribs. If the band is fitting correctly the under-wires should be right up underneath the breast tissue, literally cupping the breasts and not sliding down onto the torso –sooo uncomfortable! Elomi Response: You might try some of our Elomi smoothing bras: 3911 –a basic seam-free (non-foam mold cup) bra available in Nude or Black 1220 –a foam mold bra (doesn’t add size) with a sweetheart neckline lower than 3911 3913–otherwise known as Asia –featuring seam-free cups and a divine leopard print (and who doesn’t need at least one leopard-print bra?!) Alice from Brownsburg, Indiana, USA
Elomi Response: It’s the seams in the bra that give that beautiful shaping and support. Unfortunately a seamless bra in the larger cup sizes will often make the shape of the breasts look very round, and wide. We’re finding the seams in 8030 “read” quite smooth under T-shirts… If you need a bit more support you might try going down in the band and up in the cup (38J) –very often this will help to firm up the support. Stephanie from Seattle, WA
Elomi Response: Are you bringing all of your breast tissue forward into the cup… Perhaps you need a cup with a bit less top cup, and a bit more plunge. You might want to try Elomi Cleo 8001 –a gorgeous sexy bra embellished with Austrian embroidery flowers at the neckline. Melita from Corona
