BEST SHAPING BRA for under sweaters. Would have given it 5 stars if this purchase wasn't a replacement for the first one that the underwire poked through. Hoping this one holds up a bit longer - but even if it doesn't, I will buy another. Love the support. LD from Lansing, MI

Finally a bra that fits! Great support and holds up well with many washings. At first the cups were a tad pointy for my taste, but after a washing they provide a very natural shape. Jessica from Mishawaka, IN, USA

I bought this bra today at a department store and while it fits pretty well , the shape it leaves me with isn't one I'm crazy about. It kind of makes my chest look really wide underneath my clothes and it looks quite awful. I feel like I'm going to be returning it tomorrow. I really hope I'll be able to find a bra that will push the sides of my breasts in a little more. I think I might even need to go up a band size as well, as the 36 seems a bit too tight, even on the last hook.

Elomi Response: When you return the bra make sure an experienced fitter fits you to make sure you are in the proper size. The band should be snug in order to give you the best support. The Caitlyn bra has one of the best side panels to push that breast tissue forward, I am surprised it did not work for you. Another great style might be the Sakura in Elomi style 8380. Another great choice might be the Elomi Energise bra style 8040 which is an active bra but gives a lot of support as well. Audrey from San Antonio, TX, USA

The bra fits well. The side support panels help to keep a great shape. I feel that I look 10 pounds slimmer in this bra. I've been wearing this style for 2 years now and they wear well. There are only 2 negative things- the elastic at the bottom of the band has a tendency to curl a bit, and the placket between the breasts is a little long, it would be better if it was cut upward at the bottom. Still, at my size I don't have too many options, this is my everyday bra. Janeen from Massachusetts

So very comfortable and pretty too! I've slept through the night in this bra with no underwire poke under my arms. Only 4 stars as there is some lace, seam and nipple shadow under knits. When will Elomi make their smooth cup bras available in the larger sizes? Otherwise a great bra for the value. My go-to bra for all occasions. Danielle from North Carolina

This is a very comfortable bra, I like to wear it to sleep in and do chores or lounge around the house. It is EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive, I look forward to coming home after a long day and replacing my plunge or t-shirt bra with this one as it just holds your boobs in and gives them a rest from the strains of gravity. I would recommend going down a band size and up a cup size in this, as the band tends to stretch out rather quickly! I don't like the shape it gives under-Shirts or tight-fitting clothes (i prefer a closer together, more rounded look), but I will sometimes wear it under loose sweaters or sweatshirts. Highly recommend this bra for everyday where! Dana from Chicago,IL

Elomi bras are fabulous. I have 5 different styles and love them all. It is such a joy to finally have found a line that fits properly. I now have bras that the center sits properly on the chest, a first in many, many years. Great separation and great support. The first time in 8 years that I don't have back pain! This is a beautiful bra BUT they need to be purchased a cup size bigger. I had to send two back to get the proper fit. Other bras fit just fine in my regular size. This particular bra (perhaps because it is not made here) needs the customer to go up one cup size. The back size is fine. It is a beautiful bra so it was worth it for me to return the two unused bras and ask for a larger cup size. But the shipping and handling was on me, which raised the cost of the garments. A warning would have been nice. Adria from Los Angeles

I have been wearing this bra for a little under 3 hours and I have come to despise it. I LOVE the Elomi Jasmine (which they are sadly discontinuing... why??) and the Elomi Lara is a close second favorite. So when it was time to replace my last Jasmine (the underwire snapped) I decided to try other Elomi styles. The Caitlyn felt like it fit well when I first put it on so I foolishly removed the tags and wore it to work. Now I am in pain with the underwires poking my arms, my underarms, and the sides of my breasts. I can't position the band or straps or cups in any one way that resolves the discomfort. I know Elomi will post a response telling me how I'm wearing the wrong size or its not the bra, its my body. But it's the same size as my other two amazing, beloved Elomi bras. So if its a sizing issue, perhaps Elomi should try to be more consistent with sizing? Bottom-line, I'm not sure why this one is so awful compared to my others but it is. I guess I'm back to the drawing board looking for a bra to replace the Jasmine...

Elomi Response: You are correct, you are probably wearing the wrong size. If the wire is poking you under the arm and at the sides of your breasts, then the cup is too small. You might try the 44F cup. Jessica from Medford, MA

This has always been the best fitting bra in the elomi line of bras for me. I thought that by going up a cup size would help me not spill out the top (I do slightly at that time of the month) but it fit me strange around the sides where wires are. It goes too far on my back side. It fits perfect in the cup size though. I wore it two days thinking I would get used to it, but I haven't. I guess I will go back down a size. Giving it 5 stars still because I haven't given up on it yet! kris from Iowa

Very pretty bra. Not the most comfy. I most likely ordered it to small in the band size. Still losing weight so going to keep it. alison from wauseon/ohio/usa

My error for not reading the entire product description. Only two hooks for a size G cup? You cannot get support for large, heavy breast with a narrow two hook band.

Elomi Response: The Elomi Caitlyn bra is a super supportive style that goes up to a K cup which is 12 D’s!! The support does not come from the width of the band but rather the construction of the bra! ddm from IA
