I found this bra's cups to pucker at the apex of the breast. I think that it simply did not fit me correctly, but I would encourage it to be considered.

Elomi Response: Lucille, If the cup puckers that means that the cup is too big. Try going down a cup size to a 36 G instead of the GG cup!!! Lucille from Denville, NJ USA

I can honestly say that as a big & full breasted (US size 42 DDD) woman (w/1 of the girls almost a full cup size bigger than the other! G cup.), finding a proper fitting bra is challenging. Finding a proper fitting, comfortable bra nearly impossible--add PRETTY to the list & we're at impossible! Except for this bra! Holy cow! I was SO surprised when I put it on & the girls were uplifted (but not TOO uplifted) YET my shoulders didn't bear the weight to keep them up! Astounding! The center panel lays flat against my breast bone AND because of the slight elastic "ruffle" at the top of the cup, my larger breast actually seems to have a bit more room--no muffin top! If there's an Elomi t-shirt bra with a deep V that will fit me like this bra does, please let me know! NolaGirls from New Orleans, LA

Basic design is the best fit I have ever found--the cups fit, the wires flat against my sternum, straps comfortable. The big HOWEVER is that the structure of the band is so pathetic the manufacturer should be ashamed; it's like putting a 15' snowplow blade on a Ford Fiesta. Even on the last set of fasteners, the band doesn't have the power to hold itself to the torso, so the front flops and the back rides up. If I can find elastic wide/firm enough I can retrofit it, but for $60 I shouldn't have to.

Elomi Response: Your band is definitely too large, you need to go down to a 46F or a 44FF. The only reason a band would ride up your back is because the band is too full for you, this is an easy problem to fix!!! Lynn from Seattle WA

If I stood still all day with my hands on my hips, this bra would be perfect. However, that's not the case. it's so beautiful and fits perfectly, best ever - BUT, the underwire is totally rigid and too long up into my armpit so as soon as I moved, it was torturing me! I wore it for 30 seconds and couldn't get it off fast enough, I was screaming! Sigh... what a disappointment! If they will only put the right underwire into it, it will be the world's most perfect bra, but as it is... it can only be used to torture people. What a shame. I am SO disappointed that I think I'm going to write to the manufacturer.

Elomi Response: It sounds as if you might have a ‘petite upper torso’ (not a lot of room from the underside of your breasts to the shoulder). Very often the under wires feel too high underneath the arm if you have this body type – very painful! You might want to try our new Hermione Bra 8120. Hermione is a light as air spacer fabric seam-free bra. It’s band-less, (for a lighter, less covered look) and the under-wires are a bit more flexible than EL8020. Many women prefer a soft cup bra with no under-wires at all to deal with. Elomi offers a soft cup bra in the Caitlyn collection – a fashionable pretty alternative to an under wire bra. Love the elomi bras. This was about my 5th or 6th purchase. I love the look and support. These bras really make a difference in appearance and the way my blouses fit. Toyah from United State, North Carolina

One of the best bras I've ever worn. It lifts you and is very comfortable. The only thing I don't like about it is how the underwire cuts into my armpits at times and I have to pull it down occasionally but other than that. love it!!!! keisha from Columbia MD

As close to a perfect fit as possible. Band is comfortable, straps stay up, side support and shaping is great. Wish it came in a neutral color. Love the slight bit of stretch under the arms and across the top of the cups. Adds to both comfort and fit. Linda from Columbia, Missouri

I love this bra, it fits well and makes me look great in any clothing I put over it. The only drawback that I've found is wearing it when I travel. I always get stopped by the TSA for a security check. The bra is usually the culprit. I'm so pleased with how I look in the bra and how well it fits that I will accept the pat down with a smile! I love this bra! It fits comfortable, the lace does not make me itch. The under wires do not dig in anywhere, and I am not constantly pulling up my straps on my arms, because the fit is so nice!!! I could not ask for a better bra! Plus, for the size I am it is so cute. I can never find cute bras in my size. Tina from Twin Falls, Idaho

Not only is this bra beautiful, but it is comfortable and relatively reasonably priced. I originally purchased this bra from my local department store. I liked so much, I bought another one just like it from HerRoom. I was able to wear it all day, without any pain or discomfort. I only wish it came in other colors, but it does fit exactly like the Jasmine Bra, which I also purchased in both colors! Dawn from Duluth, GA/USA

This is the only bra I have ever found that actually fits the way it's supposed to. I am petite and very busty and have never had a bra actually rest on the breastbone! I get great lift and separation and I can actually wear it all day without discomfort! It's my new best friend! Submitted from TheUndies.com

It is pretty, but the cups are very thin and don't provide any real support. If you are in the larger cup sizes, and need actual support, this is not the bra for you. I will keep it for wearing around the house or running errands - but it's not up to all day at work, and it doesn't look good enough under clothing (too saggy) for a night on the town.

Elomi Response: It sounds as if you are not wearing the correct size. The fabrication of 8020 might not be thick, but it is extremely rigid and provides very firm support. No bra will be able to “do its job” if the size is incorrect. See below for the Three Points of Fit, for some help here. The band must be snug around the body (like a hug) and be tight enough to stay parallel to the floor and not ride up the back

The center gore should “tack” between the breasts (be right up against the rib cage)

The under-wire should surround the entire breast and sit behind the breast tissue on bone If all these things are happening, the bra should be a perfect fit. LS from Rio Linda, CA, USA

This is an exquisite bra! For over twenty years, I have looked longingly at the pretty LITTLE bras in Victoria's Secret - and NO MORE!!! I love this bra - it looks fabulous, fits great, and helps make me feel pretty all day!! Fits true to size. I would buy a bra like this in every color of the rainbow, if they were made! Finally! A bra that supports & lifts the girls--but that doesn't give the ice cream cone pointy look that is so unnatural! For those of you who (like me) have 1 breast a good size larger than the other, the slight elastic "ruffle" on top of the cups seems to help custom fit each cup! Amazing bra! This is an extremely well made bra unfortunately I had to send it back I didn't like the way it was gathered in on the front of the cups.

HerRoom Response: This bra does have elastic along the top edge of the cup for a more custom fit. It's possible the cups were too big for you. Karye Lynn from Newport beach Ca

Nice to get a bra that fits my larger size. However the underwire gouges me at times (ouch) and the bra is not smooth as seen under clothing.

Elomi Response: The wire gouging into soft tissue can happen for a variety of reasons. Usually it’s because the cup is too small, or (and this happens so often) you aren't placing your breasts into the cup properly –bringing all of the breast tissue in front of the under-wire, making sure the wire is resting on bone, not on breast tissue.

If you are looking for a smooth bra, you could try our EL#3911, or EL#1220. If an under-wire bra is just too uncomfortable you could try our fabulous soft cup bra EL#8033, it provides lots of lift, with no under-wire. Danelzka from VT

Another great bra from HerRoom. This is a perfect everyday bra. It fit very well, offers excellent support and the cups are a good shape for a full/rounded bust. I can wear it all day in comfort. I have far more expensive bras that do not fit as well. I would purchase again. Paige from Marina, CA
