It is pretty, but the cups are very thin and don't provide any real support. If you are in the larger cup sizes, and need actual support, this is not the bra for you. I will keep it for wearing around the house or running errands - but it's not up to all day at work, and it doesn't look good enough under clothing (too saggy) for a night on the town.
It sounds as if you are not wearing the correct size. The fabrication of 8020 might not be thick, but it is extremely rigid and provides very firm support. No bra will be able to “do its job” if the size is incorrect. See below for the Three Points of Fit, for some help here.
The band must be snug around the body (like a hug) and be tight enough to stay parallel to the floor and not ride up the back
The center gore should “tack” between the breasts (be right up against the rib cage)
The under-wire should surround the entire breast and sit behind the breast tissue on bone
If all these things are happening, the bra should be a perfect fit.
