The band was comfy, but the cups were far too big for me, and the shape (at least in my size) of the cup was odd - it pointed up at a quite steep angle. Not good at all for my breast shape. I'll have to keep searching for the perfect strapless bra. Wendy from San Antonio, TX, USA

Great support & very comfortable, especially for large breasted women. Plus it has an option to remove the straps and be a strapless bra Submitted from TheUndies.com

This is by far the best bra I've ever worn!! It's the most comfortable and the best constructed bra for my build -- short, 46DD. It is so comfortable that I wear it all the time, while my other bras (with straps) gather dust in the drawer. Yes. I wear it strapless under everything. You see, I have sloping shoulders and bras with straps always -- without fail -- slide off my shoulders. I am constantly reaching inside my top to pull the straps up. Not with this bra! I love it. It is pricey but the comfort is well worth it. Great support too. Donna from Arizona

Item was returned. It covered only 1/3 of breast, overflowing.

Elomi Response: Evelyn We appreciate that you ordered the Elomi strapless in 38FF. By your description on how EL1230 fit, I would suggest going up in the cup. Tomima's Tips for EL1230 are, "Consider going up a cup size if you are between sizes. The cups run a little shallow." Another tip when buying a strapless bra, "the band should be snug!" If the band is too loose, the bra will shift & move and will not offer the support needed when wearing a strapless bra. Make sure your breast tissue is positioned in the cup properly too! Please consider consulting the Bra Fitting Advice Page on the Herroom website. This will guide you through the steps to help determine your correct band & cup size. Also, consider looking at "How to Put a Bra On" on the Herroom website. Evelynb

yeah it fit, but gave me NO SUPPORT whatsoever... and so the search continues for a decent strapless bra...

Elomi Response: Alexa- We're sorry Elomi 1230 in 44 D-3 didn't work for you. Purchasing a strapless bra can be a daunting task. The key to wearing a strapless bra is having a snug band and the correct cup size. Please consult the Bra Fitting Advice Page on the Herroom website to help determine your corrrect band and cup size. alexa from pennsylvania

First time in a strapless. I would've like a little bit more "hold u up"..but it is a strapless. Snug fit...a little uncomfy. Love the idea though...that even I can wear strapless. Thank u

Elomi Response: We know it can be a real challenge to find a strapless bra that actually works if you’re a curvy girl! You know we’re always working to be the best we can be, and to bring you the very latest designs and technology. So stay tuned we’ll be launching a brand new strapless later this year, and it’ll be available to a D9 cup! We can’t wait to bring it to you! michele from whittier CA United States

This bra fits well. I thought the cup size was a little short for me (Goddess brand provides more cup"depth" top to bottom), but it would be suitable for a low-cut strapless dress. I am wearing strapless bras daily due to shoulder pain, and find I'm able to wear this one comfortably all day. The cup "width" seems true to size. I am keeping it and will enjoy wearing it, but I prefer the Goddess Marilyn strapless bra. Anonymous

The bra itself was of great quality and I love all my elomi bras but this was way too small. Returning to get a different brand. Ashleigh from Nashville, TN

Amazing bra! I ended up having to return the DD for a DDD but am extremely happy with this bra, even the 1 cup size too small did better than any other strapless bra I have tried. Great strapless option for full figure ladies and fully worth the price. Sarah from USA

I had high hopes for this strapless bra, but it was just too wide at the top and didn't give me a flattering shape. I think maybe it is too much to ask that a strapless bra in this size will be flattering.

Elomi Response: We suggest going down a cup size. Cameo from Indianapolis, IN

I just received this bra today and the band size was a good fit but the cup size was too small. I read the Perfect Bra Fitting Checklist and measured myself which I am 41 1/2 so I rounded up to 42 and then I measured around the fullest part of my breasts which is 52. So I am a 42 J, I followed the chart and my universal Cup Sizing is D7. I am disappointed that they don't have a larger cup size. On the upside I did not expect the next day delivery, I am impressed and will keep searching for the right fit bra on this site. Estela from Houston, Texas

I was so excited at the thought of getting to wear a summer shirt without thick straps to hide bra straps. But, alas, the cups were too small and this is the biggest cup size in this brand. Going to research other brands or deal with the slight spillover. Kim from Fairmont WV USA

This strapless bra provides more support than any others I have tried. In fact, I had given up on being able to wear a beautiful formal dress for lack of support for "the girls". This bra allows me to wear the dress and not look like I am sagging. It does not make me look overly pointy, but unfortunately it does not minimize projection - although support and minimizing in a strapless bra at a size 36FF may be much to much to ask! It is relatively comfortable and stays up well due to the rubbery edges. The back strap is wide enough to minimize back fat overhang, and overall lays well. I would strongly recommend giving this one a try! Rachel from Washington DC

I was hoping to use this bra for my upcoming wedding. Bought a strapless gown without owning a working strapless bra. After reading previous reviews I thought this would work. It arrived with deattached straps so clearly it's not exclusively intended as a strapless bra. The molded cups were in my opinion an unnatural almost triangular shape and while it technically fit, it was not flattering nor did it offer strapless support. I ended up sending it back. I would suggest you are familiar with elomi molded cups before investing in this product or be comfortable with the possibility of having to make a return (and pay your own shipping for it.)

Elomi Response: Most designer strapless bras come with detachable straps so the bra has dual use as a regular bra and a strapless bra. If the bra did not give the proper support it is possible that the size was incorrect. If the band is not tight enough it will not give the best support. This is one of the only strapless bras in your size. Sorry it did not work for you. Krystal from Seattle, Wa

Great fit! Being top heavy it's always been hard to find a strapless bra that actually holds me up but this bra does an excellent job. It even makes me look smaller which I love! Tonya from Joliet, IL

The first strapless bra I've ever owned that actually gives my chest support. It doesn't make my boobs look like a shelf or give me uni-boob. I like this bra a lot. Jacqueline from W.
