Sizing Information

elomi Smoothing Foam Underwire Bra 1220

Smooth, stylish and ultra supportive, this sleek little number will make the most of what you have without adding an unwanted size.
  • Charming foam-molded cups offer a lower neckline and the ultimate in shape and support, without compromising fit.
  • This seamless, microfiber underwire bra is an ideal t-shirt bra.
  • Designed to bring the breast inward while being breathable and lightweight.
  • Wide comfort straps.
  • Powernet wings and leotard back provide additional support, anchorage, and uplift.
  • Leotard back with 2-3 hooks and eyes depending on size (see fitters for hook options).
  • Embossed logo along bustline and front straps.
Tomima's Tip
"This seamless contour bra runs large. Consider going down a band and cup size (e.g. from a 36FF to a 34FF). If you want this style but without contour foam in the cups, consider elomi style 3911."

Good bra for larger busted women. It is hard to find seamless cups in larger sizes. Although this bra seems "heavy" it is worth it to avoid the seems. Melody, Des Moines, Iowa, USA, Age: 50's March, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 36H

Great fit, comfortable enough to wear all day. TheUndies.com, , Age: March, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 40H

Well I listened to the reviews and ordered one size smaller but then was dreadfully disappointed, as with all things most of this is subjective. I would order again in a new size and it would maybe be one size bigger. mary J, chattanooga TN, Age: 30's February, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 42G

It lifts and separates but the cups were too small for my breasts and this was the largest size. Kind of disappointed. Alicia, Nacogdoches, TX USA, Age: 30's February, 2010, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 46G

This is a well-fitting, relatively comfortable bra that provides good support and coverage. My only complaint is that the underwires have a tendency to dig into my sides under my arms, so that I have to readjust the bra occasionally. Once I redistribute everything, the bra fits better. I purchased this bra in multiple band sizes to insure a proper fit, and the digging underwires seem to be just a matter of design, not fit. Definitely order a cup size down; I normally wear a 40G and purchased this in a 38 and 40FF. The 40FF was just right; a 40G would have been too large. Jenny, Chicago, IL, Age: 30's February, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 40FF

Just tried this bra on and although it was comfortable and I could tell it would slip up in the back the cup was just too small. I did the measuring techniques on the website and well this bra just isn't going to hold the girls without flowing out the sides and front. I'm a 46G. I think if this came in an H cup I might have been able to keep it. I guess it's back to the website to try some more. *sigh*

Elomi Response: Happily, this bra does come in an H-cup! As the band is riding up in the back, you would feel more supported in a 44H, which would also give you an extra cup (Elomi comes in UK sizes, so we do GG- and H-cups). Alicia, Texas, Age: 30's February, 2010, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 46G

I followed all of the measuring directions and the recommendation of ordering down a band size. My bras, although a very nice quality, were too small!! The band was actually somewhat large, but the cups were not large enough. I've returned them for a smaller band and larger cup. I suppose I'll see what happens because this time I called and got a recommendation on a new size. My only complaint is that it cost me to return them when I followed the directions! Tara, Spokane Valley, WA, Age: 30's February, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 36 E

OK, so it did make my breasts feel lighter, but it also made me feel like a linebacker. Perhaps my chest is too narrow for this bra (though I am a large boned person) because it held my breasts really far apart and high up, sort of like shoulder pads that had slipped to the front of my shoulders.

elomi Response: Perhaps you would feel less like a ‘linebacker’ in Elomi 3911, as this bra is seam-free, without the foam mold… the cups in this style run a bit fuller, so you should wear a 38GG. Sometimes a seamed bra just gives a prettier shape than a molded bra. I know you're looking for seam-free, but many of our customers are so thrilled with the lift and shaping of our seamed bras that they let the seam-free thing go…

You might want to try our Caitlyn 8030. This bra works for just about anybody! Yes, it’s a seamed bra, but the seams are very subtle, and virtually undetectable under clothing. The shape is gorgeous and sexy! Sara, Redmond, WA, Age: 40's January, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 38H

This is a good bra, but I followed the recommendations and went down from a 40 to a 38, which was fine, but for me I think I should have went up from a GG to an H as I had some cup overflow. However this bra is extremely comfortable and fits well other than that, I plan on ordering some in another size. Stacey, Rochester Hills Mi USA, Age: 20's January, 2010, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 38GG

This bra is comfortable. The straps end close to the closure - which keeps them from sliding off my shoulders. But the way the cups are shaped (with the low cut in front), the girls all push to the center which I don't love, but I guess we are shaped right for this bra. Lynn, McLean, VA, USA, Age: 60's January, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 44DD

I've finally emerged from years of denial, and learned to measure myself properly. I am what I am, and apparently, I'm a 44G. An offhand comment by another user led me to read the measurement tips. Come to find out, I've been measuring wrong for years. The bra itself is reasonably comfortable and flattering (as much as possible). The light foam provides just enough smoothing. Now that I have the right size, the underwires sit against my chest. I'm happy, and saddened that I was measuring wrong, at the same time. But, I'd buy the bra again in a heartbeat. tks, se michigan, Age: 50's January, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 44g

I like it..really holds up the twins... MRS J, SOMEWHERE, IL, Age: 30's January, 2010, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 38H
