VERY comfortable. I bought it after a lumpectomy - I could slip my ice pack into the "pocket". Now it's my bra of choice, after trying out many, many different bras and going braless most of my life. I ordered a large because I like my clothing and undergarmets loose. I love this bra and have never seen in in all my effort to find the "perfect bra". When I showed it to the specialty shop that I have shopped in, they too were impressed with this bra. I recommend it to anyone that needs a pocketed bra. I love it and ordered another one.
