I love this cami. Since I found it, it has become my favorite undergarment, and when the weather is warm, I can strip down to just the cami. It is sleek enough that it doesn't add bulk under other layers, and the shelf bra offers plenty of support for us "modestly endowed" girls. I have been searching for a long time for an undergarment that fits like my workout tops, and this is it! Polly from Olympia, WA

Very comfy, nice material, shelf bra not too tight, but gives some shape, straps are very comfy too, nice and long in body. Wendee from Los Alamos/NM/USA

The fabric is nice, it washes well and stays in shape and is soft. I feel the sizing is a bit smaller, than usual. I would size up in the future. Joan from Scottsdale, Az

Wanted a non-underwire cami to wear under suits & sweaters. This doesn't look good. Too thin, falls poorly.

Elita Response: 4553 is a very light weight cotton/lycra that is made to be thin. You should try our 3653 camisole that has a shelf bra in it. Robin from Deerfield, IL, USA

This camisole is the most comfortable one I have ever worn. I'm glad I have several, because I sleep in it; wear it around the house when I am at home; and wear it under my clothes almost every day. I am patiently awaiting one in black, since I own several white ones. I wish it came in multiple colors. I'm glad I ordered the Medium instead of Small. It is just right since it has stretch in it. The price is right; and the fit is perfect. Sheila from Houston, TX USA

This cami runs large. I'm a 34B and the small is a little big including the non-adjustable straps. The cami is also a bit bulky - lots of loose material on the outside that doesn't fit flat on the body, which is a problem if you want to wear a form-fitting tee on top.

Elita Response: It sounds like you would be a small, so we don't know why it would run large. It does have built up straps so they are not adjustable. anonymous

This is a well-made, comfortable garment and the size fits as expected. I only have one complaint: there is a large, contrasting logo on the outside rear neckline (I ordered the item in black). If the logo were on the inside, the camisole would look a lot more dressy. As it is, it's for casual use only. Regular customer from New York City

The item was not as described. It is listed as 92% cotton and cotton/lycra. The garment did not have the 'give' that cotton has and is very fitting. The large is really a medium. I am very disappointed in this garment and will be returning it.

Elita Response:This style is 92% cotton 8% lycra spandex. I would suggest you try the XL in this style if you do not want it as fitted. Nancy from Troy, NY 12180

I REALLY LIKE THIS CAMI. ONE THING THAT COULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS TO HAVE MADE IT LONGER. THE SIZE IS TRUE TO FIT JUST TOO SHORT. JJ from Gsv.Al.US

I'm normally a medium, but have to purchase shelf-bra camis in a large to accommodate my bust (34DD) comfortably and securely. These were a perfect fit! The fabric has a little stretch so it's not too baggy, and the bust coverage and support is better than most camis - which is very important since I use these for lounging and sleeping. The only improvement might be to reduce the seam bulk along the inside of the straps - but overall a great base cami. amy from harrisburg, pa

Nice fabric. Would like a slightly higher fit in front. The length is a little longer than ideal for a petite. Judy from NJ

Love this!!! I'm 5'7" and the straps fit perfectly. Also supports a C-D cup without crushing! The material is very nice, just enough lycra! Wish they weren't back ordered because I'd buy 3 more right now! Cindy from CO

Fit isn't quite right. Bust is much too small for my average size chest. The straps are too long to offer decent support. I may try to take a needle and thread to mine so It will become usable, but will have to deal with the shelf being too small. A larger size would be much too large everywhere else to offer any support whatsoever. I'm bummed. It's a cute little top.

Elita Response: Being a cotton/lycra top, this style is not meant to give a lot of support. The straps are built-up, so they can't be adjusted. We would suggest you go up a size. I don't think the body of the top would be that much bigger. Amber from Los Angeles/CA/USA

I love this cami and am going to order more. Although I am a C-cup, the inner bra provides enough support for everyday (maybe not for work, depending on situation). It is very comfortable and an added layer in cold weather. The Medium is form-fitting on me in a good way- supportive but comfortable (I am a size 8) Anne from Philadelphia, PA

It was very comfortable but the straps were way too long and are not adjustable, giving it a very cleavage-showing neckline. (I am 5'2".) I wish it came in petite or something. Alex

I should have known but didn't, but this is more of a shaper than I'd expected. I'm not sure I'd have ordered it had I known, but I really like how it cinches me in without feeling the least bit suffocating. I'd recommend this to a friend. Jennifer

Very comfortable, washes well, very nice cami, no need for bra with the bra shelf, good coverage. Would highly recommend. Got both black and white camis. Thanks a bunch! Maria from Belelfonte/PA/USA

I bought this as a camisole to sleep in and it is wonderful. The cotton is very soft and the shelf bra gives me enough support for sleeping and lounging. I usually wear a women's medium or petite large. This is a snug fit as a large...I think the size runs a bit small. I will be purchasing another one soon. Very happy with this purchase.
