Had high hopes for this to be a simple, light, airy cotton thong -- but what I got were tight, constricting bands holding it together, which is unflattering and uncomfortable. Went back. :-(

Elita Response: Our Essentials group is made slightly smaller than average. Since this thong is not offered in size XL, I would recommend Elita Thong style 9652 in the Invisible Group, completely seam-free. Bianca from New York

These were the first pair i bought when i was allowed to buy my own underwear. My first 'thong' was Elita 1100 black small. I'm now a medium but haven't worn anything else for 15 years. I buy out anyplace that has them on sale in my size. I've bought the 8854 model in small and medium and the small fits like the medium 1100, its perfect too. I will never buy another brand as long as Elita makes the 1100 style. WHERE HAVE ALL THE OTHER COLORS GONE? They used to sell light blue and light pink 1100's.. anyone know? Glad I read the reviews and got a Large. I ordered both a Large and medium, and the Large definitely fits better. I am 5'8", 138lbs. Good quality cotton, though a little thicker & less sheer than the non-cotton Felina 101P in size medium that I really like redtopfarm from Philadelphia area, PA, USA

I can't find 100% cotton thongs anymore, and the ones with small amounts of lycra or spandex always seem to be flimsy or cheaply made or both. I'm so glad to have finally found these Elita thongs.
