I love the quality and long wear of Elila bras and needed a Longline for "Formal Gowns". Easy to put on with the Front Hooks, also makes the back smoother. The quality, support, looks and fit of this bra is fantastic! . I sell women's Designer shoes and travel nationally. I also wear 3" or 4" high heel pumps, as part of my job and many days I am on standing and walking in high heels 12 hours or more. I can walk confidently in heels and not worry about by breasts swaying or bouncing while wearing this bra! Many evenings, I am required to attend Formal Fashion events, also as part of my job. This Elida Longline worn with a panty girdle helps my gowns look and fit great! I can dance all evening in 4" heels and be comfortable and no back ache thanks to this bra! I also have a strapless Elia Longline for one shoulder and strapless gowns. Ann from MA

This is THE best bra for support and lift. It is really comfortable to wear. I am not always pulling the back strap down or adjusting the front. When I move around or bend over, everything stays in place. I will never wear another bra. Carmen from Oceanside, CA

This bra is really well made but it kept coming unhooked in front at the top and poking out under my shirts. I even tried stapling it after I had it on but it wouldn't stay closed. I'm considering trying the same bra but in the back hook style.

Elila Response: We agree with you! You should definitely try the back hooks. It is our Embroidered Softcup Longline Back Hook Bra 5001 which sounds like it would be a better fit for your needs. Julie from Oregon

The cups didn't fit properly- they pointed toward the sides, not straight forward. As I look at the picture again, the cups do appear to pointaway from midline. The longline part was nice and supportive. Sorry to have to return it. Margie from VA

Beautifully constructed, although the fabric was a little stiff, I imagine that would have worked out after washing it. It was so tight, thought, that I measured myself again after receiving it.... it definitely runs small, so be aware. Nkk from Houston, TX US

I love this bra, I've been wearing this bra (buying new ones to replace the old one) for about 4 years. The only complaint I have is that the sizing isn't consistent. One will fit perfect, one will be too big, the new one is slightly smaller. It is only 1/4 of an inch but it makes a difference in comfort. There is no other like it with the high back and front closure. Suzie from Tennessee

Although I thought I had measured correctly and accurately, the longline bra was way too small and would not have been comfortable. Otherwise, it was clear to me that this was a good quality product and all other aspects of the transaction were good. Catherine from Gatlinburg, TN., USA

I consider this one of my prettiest long line bras. I wear it with a "tall" girdle for a smooth line, bust line to hips. The boning and panels are unique, love the front closure feature. I highly recommend this garment! JP from Morrison CO

After wearing just once, one of the hooks came out. Now there is a bulge where the hook should be :-(

Elila Response: Elila bras are top quality and it is a very, very unusual to hear something like this. We are sorry to hear about your inconvenience. Sherry from Tampa, FL

This is a beautiful bra that fits wonderfully except around the waist. I am sure it would fit fine on a slimmer woman with a longer waist. But that is not me so I could only give it 4 stars. If you are short and a little plump, get a 3/4 long bra. I have one on now and it is perfect! Dawn from Azle/Texas/USA

Straps cut into shoulders. Had to send it back.

Elila Response: If you are looking for a longline with more stretch for your body length try our style 5505 or 5001, that will help give you greater mobility for your shoulder to chest area which will reduce any strap issues. Nancy from SanAntonio

If you have never tried a long line bra, you will be very surprised by how well this fits and supports. I have been wearing this bra for several years on a daily basis and its my go-to bra for special occasion dressing. I always wear this bra with a high waist long leg panty girdle for bust to thigh shaping. Some may say that a long line bra and girdle are too much but as the old saying goes: "don't knock it until you try it". Like one of the other lady's that commented, about getting older, I wholeheartedly agree; a long line bra and high waist girdle will work wonders for one's appearance but is divinely comfortable to be worn all day and evening. A few minutes after dressing, you will not know you are wearing it...but what compliments you will receive on your new Appearance! Once you try it, you will make the combo your standard. I love Elila bras and I been wearing Elila Jacquard Soft Cup Bra 1305 for a number of years. I needed a longline for a "Formal Dress" and ordered the Elila Front Hook Longline bra. The bra is easy to put on with the Front Hooks, also makes my back smoother. Hard to find Longline bra's that is available my cup size "F". The quality, support and fit and fantastic! Bra provides great support of the bust and back. Makes all my clothes fit great. I remember my mother in the '60's wearing a longline bra and girdle. Now that I getting older, I can appreciate support and great looks a longline bra and girdle offers. Mary from Anahiem, CA

This bra fits me like a glove. I have never felt this comfortable. It is very difficult to get bras that fit at this size. I am very happy that I found this bra. I thank you so much for what you have done for those of us that have a difficult time finding the correct bra. My advise to any one who is looking for the bra of the century try this one. Thanks again. Deborah from Brooklyn New York

Really love this bra -- comfortable, good support, and provides a good line under a fitted or knit garment. My only complaint is that the elastic at the bottom tends to roll a little by the end of the day -- not badly, but enough to be a bit of an irritant, Other than that, it's perfect. I love the styling, fabric and color of this bra. Unfortunately the cup was too big, I need a B cup, and this bra does not come in that size. Its still a great product. Annie from Chicago, IL

I've been wearing this Elila bra for over five years, since I had a cyst removed from my back (a regular bra would rub against my scar). It's comfortable, supportive, and helps with "midriff bulge"! I also have neck, back, and shoulder problems, so I appreciate the front closure. This unique bra has it all! Judy from Dallas/TX/USA

I am very pleased with this bra. I am first very happy that the size is being sold and secondly I am happy that the bra itself has not underwire!!! Yeah no poking, prodding or sticking. Over all it is very comfortable and supports my breast. I will continue to order bras for HerRoom! Danielle from Errie

This product was the closest to my needs.Although I followed the "finding true bra-size instructions", and used the results to place my order, the cup size was a bit too large. The bra does offer great support and slimming effects through my chubby back, and I like the 2 rows of hooks. It could be a little shorter through the torso length, since I am very short-waisted,and I am only 5'2", but I am keeping the bra because I have that sizing problem everywhere, and it still does a great job at slimming my upper torso. I can actually use the tighter hooks for the area around my bust and then use the looser set of hooks as I approach my waist, and yet it adjusts perfectly with no bunching! All in all, Good Job! I wear the back hook style and just love it. I get excellent support from the full inner sling and like the front covered waist band as it adds tummy support where it laps my high waist girdle. Yes it is a firm fit but after wearing it for a few minutes I just forget that it is on. It does have it's own cup shape but I like that. It is not a poke your eye design but I like a bra that looks like a bra and does not make me look like I just robbed the melon counter at the super market. Joyce from Toronto Canada

One of the only Longlines available in a "F" cup. Easy to put on with the Front Hooks, also makes back smoother. The quality, support and fit and fantastic! Bra provides great support of the bust and back. Makes all my clothes fit great. My only wish to make this a "perfect bra" is the straps were a little wider or padded. Jane from Mass

I'm giving the bra a 4 star rating because of the quality and style but it did not fit which really surprise me. I will be returning it. I don't think its true to size. Mary Elliott mary from newark. de

If you are a plus size person, don't other this style it is not meant for plus size person. In order for this style to fit a plus size person, you need to order at least 4 to 5 sizes bigger than what you normally wear. Janet from Florida
