if I had known the strap clasps were like that I wouldn't have ordered it. I have had bras like that in the past and over time the straps no longer stay in place. Also, the cup runs a little small so I come out on the sides Tiffany from Tennessee

I think it is a very well made bra. I would like to know if your sell 5 hook extender straps. It is a little tight for me. Thanks

HerRoom Response: 5 hook extender straps are not offered by any company we have found. Belinda from Berryton, Ks Shawnee

This bra was not comfortable. I returned it. The cups were not the right shape for me and I didn't like the shoulder cushion things or the strap clips. Sally from Fairbanks, AK USA

This item fit very well in reference to the band size, but I find I still have spillage because the cup size is slightly smaller than I need. I like the straps that adjust from the front, and the extra padding on it, I use to have to purchase the pads separately. I'm hoping the 20 pounds I lose will help with the cup size, if not, I need to figure out if I should go up a bra size or just a cup size. Thanks for inquiring about the fit. I've been wearing this bra for a few years now and I love it! It took me a little bit of time to get use to the straps, but besides that it's very supportive. I would highly recommend it, especially for those who need the extra support. Janice from Seattle, WA

This is the best bra I have ever seen I just ordered 2! As for the strap issue I have always removed any metal off all of my bras and sewed my straps to fit me. If you do not sew then find a seamstress at a cleaners or alteration person in a store that tailors near where you live and let them adjust and sew your bra straps to fit you perfectly everytime! No metal No problem !! Lisa from Brookings Oregon USA

I have bought this bra in the past, and I love it! I have adjusted the straps the way I like & have cut the excess so the bra lays flat. Very supportive for a non underwire bra! Teresa from Phoenix,AZ

Although it fits properly, the band does not give much and is uncomfortable under the breasts. The strap pads do not lay flat and I had to remove them. The metal strap clips dig into my skin. Pol from USA

The girls are where they are supposed to be!! The band seemed really tight for a 38 even after a couple washes, so I am using an extender. Otherwise, this bra gives superb support, and almost too much separation!! The straps are comfortable, with or without the pads. I love the fact that I have this support without an underwire - which usually sticks out in front, no matter what size I try. I agree with the problem of excess strap being inside the cup after adjustment, but I always have that issue (I am 5'1") and just trim it after I know for sure how it will fit. This bra offers solid support. It is pretty comfortable and as a person of color I was happy to see that "mocha" meant mocha and that it actually matched my skin. However, the cups are a bit pointy and the adjustable fasteners can cut into my skin if I move them to pull my chest high. But all in all, it was a pretty solid purchase. Tomika from Brooklyn, NY

This bra does provide good support. However, I have several problems with it. First, why did the designers leave the buckle for the strap adjustment unattached? The buckle is very uncomfortable digging into the front of my shoulder. Also, the other bras I bought were the same size, and bands are a little big. This bra, I had to get my husband to fasten it the first time, until it stretched out a bit.

HerRoom Response: The strap adjustments are unique to this bra and are in front for convenience. If someone is short in stature, we can see how these buckles could end up to high on your shoulder.

Thank you, Her Room, for helping me find a bra that is comfortable and flattering! The problem I've had in the past is that my bras quickly stretch out and no longer give me the support that I need. The Elila 1305 Jacquard Softcup Bra doesn't have that problem, it continues to support and feels comfortable all day long. The straps don't slide because of the ingenious clip and the fabric is sturdier than other bras so it doesn't lose it's elasticity. Also, because it lifts and separates, a task that I thought impossible for my chest, I look thinner and have more confidence. However, I had the same problems as a few previous reviewers. The strap clips dig into my skin sometimes. Forget about laying on your side while wearing it. And I don't quite fill out the cups (the smaller cup size didn't fit) so the seams give the "headlights" effect. But it's only noticeable in some shirts. Even though I have to be careful about my choice of shirt, I have more clothing options with it than without it. Despite it's flaws, I still give it five stars, it's completely worth it. This is the absolute best bra ever!!! I have been wearing it for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. I wish the straps were not quite so thick, because I am pretty young and would like to be able to wear the fashionable tanks and items of that nature, but have to modify my wardrobe to my bra. Overall it is worth it because it is so supportive and comfortable melissa from davenport ia

Yes, ladies, this bra actually supports huge boobs like mine. The straps and material aren't elastic so you don't have to continually adjust your bra. The cushioned straps are very comfortable and don't show through shirts like I thought they would. My one complaint is the fit of the cup. The seams show through my shirt unless it is patterned or textured and the shape is a bit too pointy. I never quite fill in the very tip and unfortunately the resulting wrinkles look like "headlights." I can't decide if I want to buy another one because of that, but it does support very well. These bras are phenomenal! Great shape, amazing support. I can acually do what I need to do during the day without stopping every five minutes to make sure the girls are in place. :-) Jami Solo from

This bra comes closer to being perfect than any other no underwire bra I have ever worn. It is so comfortable and I love the wide straps with the cushioned pads that prevent the straps from cutting into my shoulders. I get support plus comfort and you cannot beat that. However, the material is bulky. Delpha from Washington, DC, USA

I like how pretty this bra is. It gives a lot of support. I took off the cushion strap, they were bulky and bothersome to me. The wide elastic on the base of the band rolls up. I am still looking for the perfect bra. This is not it, but close.

HerRoom Response: Women who are short in stature frequently have an issue with the band rolling. Consider sides with built-in boning if this is an issue.

Great support. This bra has been like a gift from God. To have a bra that keeps the girls in place and looking great without underwire is the best. The color choices are also wonderful. Straps that do not stretch are the answer when you have heavy boobs. Cheryl from Baltimore,Maryland USA

I love this well made, very supportive bra. It is pretty and very supportive. The mocha color is very nice as well. I'd recommend it to any busty ladies out there. I can't buy bras off the rack even at the plus sized stores so I'm really pleased. Laurie from Fairview Oregon

Well made, comfortable, and durable. I wear this bra when I ride my horses, and it does the job better than most "sports" bras I've tried. Lia from Los Angeles, ca

It is so hard to find a nice bra in my size; this one has to be the best! It gives a wonder lift, and reduces back pain, the straps are awesome! no more strap lines! I have a Goddess bra similar to this one, however, the straps are horrible, the metal strap adjuster digs into your skin, this bra does not! I'm so glad to have found this bra! One of the best fitting bras I have ever had! I have struggled for a long time to find the right fitting bra and now I have found one. There is no underwire and comfortable straps. Gives me nice lift. Calethia from North Pole, AK

This is a nice "everyday" kind of bra. It's not the most glamourous-feeling piece of lingerie ever (though I daresay it's much better than some of the bras I've been made to wear), but it gets the job done pretty unobtrusively. It doesn't separate very well, but I wasn't much expecting it to do so, being a wire-free. I had some problems with the band rolling up on me at first, but since I've washed it a few more times, and figured out that no, I really don't need to hook every bra on the tightest setting (a crime perpetrated by the training of all my old bras), it's been better. The strap pads were terminally itchy at first, too, but some subsequent washings have taken care of that. Unlike other bras from this manufacturer, however, I am almost tempted to go bigger rather than smaller in the cups on this one. I'm kind of a go-between on cup size and I went with the smaller one, and I wonder if I shouldn't have gone with the larger. I may try the larger next time (what the heck, you can return things, eh?). To the woman who has the excess strap problem: since these aren't recursing-adjustment straps (like the strap doesn't go through a loop and hook back on itself, and you slide it up and down to adjust; it's a buckle-closure on a raw-end strap, if you can't see that very clearly from the picture. It's built so you could potentially disconnect the straps completely in the front, if you see what I mean), you could maybe cut off the extra strap material? It is, after all, your bra. ^^ Alexandra from Pennsylvania, USA
