Ecoland Response: For organic cotton, as you washed, the fabric gets softer and softer and tends not to create the pilling problem. The only reason we can find it starting to pill because of the socks being rubbed hard against the shoes from too much walking/running or because of the shoes itself. mimi from luling/louisiana/usa
