  • While sitting, gather one leg in your hands, all the way to the toe seam.
  • Carefully pull them up over one foot until it comfortably fits on your toes.
  • Gently pull the pantyhose up the thighs, alternating sides.
  • Now grasp the reinforced panty and smoothly pull it up to your waist.
  • If your leg needs adjusting, it is best to start again from below your knees. Do not tug on the delicate yarns.

Great opaque tight -- just what I was trying to find. They feel thick and luxurious as they are named. The waist band does not dig into my waist, but stays up. Only draw back is the seam is a little more prominent than it is in my other Donna Karan Tights and without a good slip would protrudes a bit though slim fitting skirts. Heather from Brooklyn, NY
