These are the best sports/everyday bras made. Comfortable and wear like iron. Mary from Miami, FL

I wanted this bra to work! I bought it for high impact horseback riding and jogging. I liked the traditional hooks in the back. The support seemed okay and it fit, but the cups are not lined and are somewhat see through. Not a good feature in a sports bra. Back it went. MLP from Bay Area -California

I found this bra to be too restrictive. The straps are thick and do not lay flat under a shirt. They bulge up. It is very well made. It just was not for me so I returned it. Cheryl from Gastonia, NC

I had to return this bra because it was too tight around the band. I wear a 36DD, and even with the hooks secured at the last hooks, it still hurt. Kathryn from Jenkintown, PA

Although this bra is identified as the "replacement" for the Donna Karan 35160, it's an entirely different sort of garment. This is a standard compression-type sports bra, really tight and uncomfortable, totally unsuitable for low-impact but high-flexibility activities such as yoga. So I ordered one to give it a chance and had to send it back. Got a Chantelle Invisible Memory Foam T-Shirt Bra at the same time, and it feels a lot more like the old DK did (yes, different materials and style, but works on my body the same way). emcee from Athens, GA

I thought since this was a Donna Karan sportsbra, it would be comfortable. I had to take it off after trying it on after several adjustments to the strap and back closure. I have to say this bra was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried on. It was tight around the ribcage! The inside seams digged into my skin and were not soft. It was my size, 36DD, but it felt like a much smaller size. Kathryn from Jenkintown

I have tried about 15 different brands of bras from different companies and this one fits me the best. I have a small chest and have been measured as a 32 G. In this bra, I wear a 34 DDD, using the outermost hooks. The tight band is very important for support of the breast from below. This is the only bra I have tested where the weight is supported from below and does not hang from the shoulders. This is the hallmark of all excellent European styled bras. My advice is to order a couple in your regular cup size but go up and down in the band size - you will find one that is the perfect fit and that is extremely comfortable. Also I recommend the peach color - they have lasted many years without staining. I wash them by hand in cold water with "Forever New" detergent and hang them to dry. Thank you HerRoom for supplying this terrific bra! M from Philly

This is one of the bras I ordered trying to find something to replace the discontinued Lily of France in Action sports bra... It is "ok" . I don't like that the cups wrinkle. The band was quite tight and the cups loose, I had to order a size up in the band and down in the cup. Northwest Lady from WA

I waited for over 3 months for this items to be available due to the high demand. I am glad I was vigilant as it is one of the most comfortable and supportive sport bra I've ever worn. It provides great shape and comfort. This is so comfortable I would wear it as a everyday bra. BeverlyW from Orange/Ca/USA

This is a difficult review, because I really like this bra. I bought two a couple of years ago, and wore them until the wires broke. After trying to get them repaired, I gave up and was happy to find the style still available at HerRoom. I ordered three, and then one more in nude--all the same size. The blue and black fit perfectly, but the white and nude wouldn't fit to save my life. I put all the bras together and saw that the white and nude were about 1-2 inches smaller around the bust than the others! I would return them, but it's such a hassle to do so, so I'm just going to buy bra back extenders. Wish I could write a better review! Pam from Albany CA

My only complaint about this bra is that the band width is a little small. I would order one size larger but the cup size is right on. It is a great bra overall. Really good support and doesn't dig in underneath the girls or rub you raw. I will be buying more! Nicki from Bloomfield/IN/USA

I have worn this bra for years and for the last 2 years was unable to find it. My size is a difficult one to find comfortable bras that fit. It is NOT a sports bra for me when I run unless I wear 2 of them, but it is a great supporter for everyday wear. Jennie from Vermont,USA

Very supportive without losing shape. The band was really tight on me. I am a 34 but I'm used to a little more give and this thing can barely hold onto me. I'm hoping over time it will break in. Jacqueline from Dayton

I have purchased this bra for over 10 years and was disappointed last year when I thought it was discontinued. I bought several others that were similar, but they are very uncomfortable and not much support. I was still wearing 3 old ones that are 5 years old, a little worn but still wearable. I noticed a few weeks ago the Donna Karan bra was back and bought five! It is the most comfortable bra, does not cut into shoulders, gives great support for all activities. I hardly feel I am wearing a bra. I love the new blue color! Barbara from Connecticut

Finally, a sports bra that actually works for large breasted women! I've never had any luck with sports bras, none of them ever fit or worked correctly for me and I'd usually have to end up wearing two or three just to go on a run. This bra is great! It's comfortable and really keeps the girls where they're supposed to be. Jess from Oregon

After trying several sports bras I bought two of these. They are the absolute best sports bras I've tried. They last a long time, wear well, wash well and really support well. I wish they came in a racerback style. They are extremely comfortable as well. Pat from Georgia
