Very pleased to have found this quality product. Would have given the Dimrs 5 stars easy except they should come in a plastic package or case to store them in when not in use. A flat storage case would be ideal for those of us who travel quite a bit. A flat case would protect the Dimrs from damage and keep them clean, ready to use. A flat case would be easy to pack away in your luggage or a drawer. Also a case that would assist in maintaining the form would be ideal. I would definitely recommend this item. These opened up a whole new world for me! I've had breast implants for almost 15 years which causes my nipples to appear to be permanently erect. To hide them, I've always had to wear molded bras that were thick enough to prevent show-through, which always added bulk I didn't need. I've also used stick-on adhesive covers but they get expensive since they're not reusable. They also irritated my skin. Now I can go back to wearing regular bras since these hide seamlessly! I wish I had discovered these years ago - they are fab. The silicon is soft and pliable but they do not move around once applied (I only ever wear them with a bra - I never go braless) - in fact I forget that I've even got them on. But I now have the confidence to buy the lacy bras that I would have otherwise avoided because I know I won't have "headlight trouble" ... I will be buying these again for sure. For modest ladies like myself, DIMRS are the greatest invention ever. Unpredictable and intermittent 'brights' have been the bane of my adult existence and I've tried various means of solving the problem, but nothing worked well or satisfactorily until I discovered DIMRS. Oh sure, the padded bras did a pretty good job but I certainly didn't need the extra bulk that they added, and my clothes didn't fit as well either. So no more 'boulder holders' for me.
