I just started wearing thongs about 3 months ago and have tried many different styles/fabrics. This is by far the best I have found. I love the Milano thong, it's comfortable and fits well, a great all day wear. I wear nothing but thongs so a comfortable fit is really important to me, like wearing nothing at all. Hold you nicely in place. Try one! Jerry from Illinois

If your are looking for underwear that supports you and is excellent for sports. This should be your underwear of choice! I find that this thong is much better than any jock straps or sports briefs that I own. Jordan

I wear mostly thongs. This thong is more sports oriented, to wear under cycling shorts or at the gym. I really recommend it. Great fit and looks cool! I usually wear Small on brands like CK of 2xist, but Dietz I sized up! Randall from Costa Rica
