I am a 36.5 (32DD), 25.5 waist and 37 inch hip. I bought a M on my experience that the line does not have much room in the chest in their nighties. It was an error. My measurements fall in the Small range and that is the size I needed. The medium wrinkled on me which is not what is needed in a control garment. Also, this garment has room in the bust and does not smash the bust line. Yay! This is my first foray into anything compression. I quickly figured out stepping into the tank rather than pulling it over the head works much better (although both methods took a bit of wriggling). Basically, the bust area allows for some room and pay close attention to the measurements provided on this site regarding size around the waist and hip areas. I like that this tank is matte which makes it look less like a control garment. The satin trim is a nice touch. The neckline looks like a basic tank, and the line between the bust and control portion almost does not show at all once it is on. It's perfect for wearing under a slim-fit cardigan. Rebecca from VA

This is a very well made garment. Beware it does run very tight and very small. My measurements fall nicely for the xs/P size and I got it on and couldn't breath. I am sending it back. Note I also like my clothes snug so this ran really tiny.

Cosabella Response: We personally have not heard any complaints about this style running small. It is mid level compression which means it should not be extra snug as the purpose is to be comfortable to wear all day long every day. Barbara from CT
