I bought these to wear with my workout bras. They really do the trick! I am thrilled. Not only is the look better, but it cuts down on unwanted irritation that distracts me from my workout. I have also tried the other Commando bra inserts...the cutlet style was no good for me because it created an unnatural looking ridge. However, the Takes Outs are fabulous!
