Panache Response: Dear customer! We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It sounds like you have purchased this same style from other places and it fit you well however this one ended up running a bit big? I don’t think it’s the fault of the website, because sometime bras can be mislabeled in production. It’s very rare but it does happen. It seems like this was the case. Do try to order this style again, as I’m sure the next one will fit! HerRoom.com has a wonderful customer service team who will gladly discuss your concerns and help you out in any way they can. Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like there is a bit of a size issue. I wonder If 36DD in this style was a bit too big for you since you are pointing out that the cup was mushy (too much room) and the wire came down way too low. Wires should sit right underneath the breast and if the cup is too large, sometimes the wire might slide down. It might be a good idea to try 36D. skw from california
Panache Response: So you definitely should not be having the quadra-boob effect in this bra - sounds like the cups are a bit too shallow which is why you feel like you are about to fall out of it. This bra doesn't come in a 32GG or I would recommend that but you could try getting this bra in a 34G which I think would better accommodate your bust however it might mean a trip to the seamstress to make sure the band is snug enough to support. Panache Response: Well this bra should definitely be pushing the girls to the front not the sides so we think maybe a different style would work a bit better, we recommend trying the Porcelain Lace bra which offers pretty styling and should keep everything front and center. Christine from Muncie, IN
