a great bra - i bought this to replace one I thought was identical I had for years but was in need of replacing. It does look the same but this is very much stiffer than other chantelle bras I have, I hope it will soften. tracey

It's elegant and refined, it comes in my size, and the straps don't hook onto the top of the cup...they hook onto these slings inside the bra so the cups don't get deformed. Submitted from TheUndies.com

I think I've spent over $1000 on Chantelle bras this past year alone. It's the only brand I buy. Every bra fits perfectly except this one. I'm spilling over the top. I bought two and returned them both.

Chantelle Response: Style 3954 strapless that offers a lower almost Balconnette coverage. This lower coverage could be why you are spilling over the top of the cup. You may need to go up a cup size to an F cup to insure a better fit. Babette from San Clemente, CA, USA

I got this bra in a 32F, which is my usual size ( and I have several bras of this brand in this size), but it was too small! I could tell it would have stayed up well if the cups size had fit me. I guess this bra runs small?

Chantelle Response: Sublime style 3954 strapless is a plunge which may affect the coverage or depth of cup in the bra. we would suggest trying Pure 3612 Memory foam convertible style. Honeycutt from Iowa

I was very unnerved when I received my bra in the mail. I searched by bra size and found this white convertible which was exactly what I needed. I placed the order and was impatiently waiting for its arrival so I could wear some new summer dresses. However, when I received it, it was 2 cup sizes too small and the tag blatantly reads 34 DD when I ordered 34 E. Very upset about it...

Chantelle Response: The cup sizing does vary by brand and country. In the US market a DD and an E cup are the same and a DDD is equal to an F cup. In brands from the UK an E is equal to a US DDD. the 3954 Sublime is a beautiful Chantelle strapless convertible bra with mesh cup overlay and a dainty C charm on the gore. it is lightweight for summer with triple hooks to secure the band. I needed to size up from a C to D cup since it seemed to run a tad small. the cup shape is nice, soft and rounded, not pointy. the mold on these bras require proper storage since it cannot be folded up. the design and quality are very good and HerRoom customer service is the best! shopping diva from Louisiana

Chantelle's 3954 strapless convertible is a sexy, low cut bra with enough coverage on the cup sides for it to stay up with or without the optional straps. This is a very pretty bra with a lovely mesh overlay on top of soft molded cups and a tiny C charm and bow on the gore. I purchased in both colors since is not an easy task to find a strapless which shapes well and stays up. It has triple hooks on the back of the D and enough rows to stay in place in the event of band stretching over time. Awesome bra, awesome fit. The cup shape is the perfect round shape. It looks completely natural. I love the design of the hooks on the removable straps; they make sure that the straps won't come off inadvertently. Also, at the front of the bra, the straps don't hook onto the tops of the cups---the weight is distributed down to the band underneath the cups by a sewn-in strap, so that the removable straps won't tug at the cups and deform them while you're wearing them. Another thing I like about this bra is that the silicone strips don't dig into my skin. Most strapless bras are not comfortable to wear, but this one is. I wasn't expecting to see mesh on top of the cups with this bra, but I think it's growing on me. Overall, a winner from Chantelle and I'm so glad I got one. :) Stefanie J. from Fremont, CA, USA
