I normally don't like convertables but chantelles stay in place look good and are invisible under clothing. Submitted from TheUndies.com

It is most uncomfortable. It rides up and I am constantly adjusting it. The lace is very uncomfortable and rolls up in the back.I had been wearing a 38D Chantelle in the solid "wheel" lace and felt it was too tight, so I went to the 40 in the smooth bra. Perhaps I should have increased the cup size instead for a better fit. I do like the adjustable strap feature. It was $90+ almost was wasted. I am wearing it, but uncomfortably. You may not want to post these remarks. I didn't return it as I had worn it but I will not mail order again. FOI: My age is 82 so I am not a bra novice!! Peggy

Chantelle Response: First and foremost if the back is riding up, the band size is to large on you. This will cause the band not only to ride up in the back not fit well and can be uncomfortable to wear. Taking your cup size up a cup can really effect the fit of your bra. You have been wearing chantelle style 1960 which is a 2 part seamed cup which fits differently than the 3/4 coverage 3852 t-shirt bra. We would suggest trying a chantelle 3 part cup such as Rive Gauche bra 3281 or if you want a smooth cup try Rive Gauche bra 3286 from the Rive Gauche collection. Peggy from Corsicana Texas USA

This is a beautiful bra. The color is much more attractive than most nude/beige bras, and the lace detail is pretty. Liked the fully adjustable straps and the ability to criss cross them in the back. I wished the fabric on the sides (wings) was sturdier and less stretchy, though, because that compromised the support of the bra. I originally had a 32C and the wings stretched too much, so I got a 30D. The 30D fit great, but overall wasn't comfortable/supportive enough to justify the high price tag, so I sent it back and ordered a new round of bras! Jana from Eugene, OR USA

The fit of this bra is essentially the same as the Sublime Spacer Bra but it has lace and the material used for the cups is thicker which I like. The bra is not really padded it just uses a very thin foam-like material that is common in most molded t-shirt bras. As a result you get a more perky profile with this bra than with the other and you don't have to worry so much about show through. I would say that this bra is, for the most part, true to size. The cups may run slightly small but I think that depends more on the shape of your breasts. Jessica from Pullman, WA

This is a beautiful bra and very well made, but it was much too small. Compared to Freya and Fantasie, this Chantelle style seems to run 2-3 cups smaller. If it fit, it would have been very pretty. Ali from TX

This is such a pretty bra and fits great! It is not always easy to find a smooth cupped beige bra that still has enough "prettiness" attached so it doesn't look boring or less feminine. I highly recommend and also I was so happy to see it come in my true size so I didn't have to adjust up! Stephanie from Omaha, NE, USA

I didn't like the thick pading( my breast are plenty large enough, I don't need all that padding to make them look ginormous). I suppose it would be a great bra for someone less endowed. It also has really pretty detailing on the sides and straps. Trisha from Woodstock, Ga
