I love this bra. I had a breast lift surgery without implants, and when it was all said and done, I was a size smaller as well as no longer saggy. So I was able to go into different styles, and this bra was suggested to me. I find it itchy, but it's so beautiful and gives just the perfect shape both in and out of clothes, that I don't even worry about the itching anymore. It took a couple of months to get used to it. Now I don't notice it anymore, though it's still a bit scratchy. Still, I'm going to try some other Chantelle bras because the fit is just so great in these. I love the way the underwires hug my ribcage. The bra is entirely held up by those underwires and the band. The shoulder straps actually fall down a lot now, because I've worn the bra out, but it lasted me a year, and it still looks beautiful. Overall, if you can get past the itching, this bra is fantastic. Niki from California

I come back to Chantelle time and time again, I have wideset splayed breasts and the substantial center gore and side panels are always what help make these bras feel secure but sexy! There is a top seam across the cup between laces that causes a tad of a flat/double spot, but I think it will stretch and settle fine...Overall, another great achievement in bra engineering! I'm actually way closer to 30 than I am to 20; specifically: 27. Anyway, right off the bat, this bra was gorgeous, but it looked so tiny! Now, bear in mine that I had a breast reduction only 3 months ago so my perception is skewed as to what a bra should look like, especially since I was wearing 34-36 K-KK bras (HUGE difference). On my quest to find a bra to fit my breasts, I found the Chantelle C Chic Sexy 3-Part Plunge Underwire Bra Style 3641 which would have been the style for my old breasts, but now was a very weird fit. In the return process, I stumbled across this lovely piece as a suggestion from HerRoom because of my previous purchase. Never having worn a demi before (they didn't make them in my previous size). I was hesitant, but exchanged for it anyway. Best decision ever. Superb craftsmanship, delicate yet strong fabric which has softened with wear and wash and is VERY sexy yet supportive. The straps could have the teensiest bit less elasticity, but it's the band that gives the support anyway so it isn't really a concern, although if they were fully adjustable I could completely forgive them for having too much elastic. The stitching was also something I noticed: it is very well done, seems meticulous rather than hasty conveyor belt manufactured. But overall, the bra is comfortable enough for all day wear, even with light-moderate exercise (trekking around campus with a 50lb bookbag and walking 2 miles to and from school with that same bookbag). I may just have to buy another when I can; I got the fever, it's been so long since I've worn. Now that my breasts are significantly smaller, they will be much easier to shop for, and a whole new range of styles and brands has been opened up to me--the flood gates are open, and I'm ready, Chantelle, I'm ready. Excellent fit---no issues with itchy lace (as others have reported) and looks beautiful. Strap bras tend to slide a bit over a few days. Expensive but worth it. SMJ from Arlington, MA

Lovely bra, that fits well and is true to size. I am thrilled to have found this brand. It's terribly pricey but the only one I've found with pretty bras in weird sizes. The straps on this one are very wide set, nearly wider than my shoulders. Maybe they need a petites option? Otherwise, no complaints with this one. Sarah M from Toledo, OH

I HATE this bra. I was super excited to get it in the mail and couldn't wait to put it on, it is very pretty, but, makes my girls look very odd. Instead of the pretty round shape in the advertisement, this bra squished my boobs into tubular binoculars. Not pretty at all, just weird/unattractive. Aave from Chicago Illinois

LOVE IT!!! I am very satisfied with my purchase. This bra is SEXY and functional.... which is very hard to find in a cup size like mine. Very comfortable, very slimming and very supportive. I love Chantelle Demis, they are my favorite. from Elgin, IL

I returned this bra, due to the demi coverage. The tops of my breasts jiggle a bit on top as I walked, just not a good cup style for me. Better for firmer tissue. I will stick with the containment of a full cup. Otherwise it was beautiful, provides good support and is true to size. from Usa

I agree. Fabulous bra. So wonderful and sexy that I got it in every color. It fit me gloriously, even though I found the pink color to run a bit smaller in the cup. That may be the specific bra or a color nuance. It can leave visible lines across the breast if the top is very fitted, however it is thin and adds no bulk to a fuller breast while holding the girls where they need to be. I adore this bra and it has become one of most dependable "go to ..must haves" . I look forward to the next fashion color. Aline from Granada Hills

Pretty color and pretty shape but the material is very scratchy and feels cheap. Not sure I would order it again.

Chantelle Response: Once the bra is hand washed the fabric on will tend to soften up and feel less scratchy against the skin without comprising the fit. maud from Houston

I absolutely LOVE this bra. I have had so much trouble finding a bra to fit me comfortably, and with one slight exception, this bra is perfect. The cups fit me like they were custom made, a give me a little lift without being "pushup". The bra is beautifully made, very sexy, and my husband even commented on it though he is not really a "lingerie" guy. The one negative for me is that the band is too short to go around my back, but this is a small thing since I was able to fix that with a nice bra extender. I will take a look at the Chantelle plus size bras to see if they address this issue. I plan to replace my entire bra wardrobe with Chantelle bras. Linda from NC/USA

I bought my first Chantelle bra about 6 months ago, and I just love the brand. All my pther brands like CK and Betsey Johnson bras are now my "grubby" bras! In VS, I wear between a 34D or 34DD and 36D. In Chantelle, a 36D fits but it is not 100% ideal, especially in the lace cup bras, and the C-Chic demi is no different--I bought a 36E and it is a snug fit in the cups and the band (snug is good, it doesn't mean that the band or cups are biting into my skin). I like the support of the underwire and the freedom of the lace--my breasts hang more naturally than with a foam cup, and this bra helps button-down shirts and dresses fit better. The lace is a little scratchy at first, but I've washed it once (in a mesh bag, on cold/cold/low spin cycle, with Woolite) and it has softened up some, but it will probably be a few more washes before it is ideal. I'm not crazy about the ruffled straps, but my boyfriend said he liked them. Note: the cups are sheer, so there is show-through. Alexandra from Orange County, CA
