NEW FAVORITE BRA. I need a lot of support and coverage, but I like the least fabric possible. I used to wear the Fantasie T-Shirt bra, but it started to fit oddly so I needed a new one. Although this bra looks lacy, it has great coverage (even without molding/padding) and does not show through clothes. It is SO COMFORTABLE. I gave only 4 stars because the band is a bit scratchy, but I am thinking that is just from it being new and it will wear in (it doesn't leave marks though and the cup/band comfort is completely worth it). First, I love the way this bra fits in the cup and the soft shoulder straps. It makes me feel very pretty and sexy. That said, I continue to have problems with the band rolling on my sides and on my back, causing discomfort during the day. I've tried each of the three hooks but the bra rolls no matter where it's hooked. I continue to search for a band that doesn't roll or buckle after hours of wearing it.

Chantelle Response: I think you need something with a wider band around the back. Why don't you try our Chantelle Cachemire Cachemire or Chantelle Cone 3-part cup bras. They are a bit wider in the band. Gwen from Parlin, NJ

This is one of the most attractive and comfortable bras I've ever worn. Separates, holds in the sides, and great uplift. (Be aware that the cups run a little small). I'm in the very old category but can still appreciate a great bra, and this one is just that!!!!! Shirl' from Baxter, Tn. US

I've been looking for something that was easier to pack on trips. For a non-T Shirt bra, I thought this bra was one of the better ones in terms of not showing through (this one is definitely better than the "vintage" version). The only problem I have with it is that the underwire jabs in the middle and after a full day, I'm even a tiny bit bruised. I'd still buy it again but it is a little irritating. A from Delaware

38E is the European size which is equivalent to a 38DD in the US. It fits beautifully and is very supportive. EMR from Chicago, IL

This is a beautiful, well-structured, comfortable bra. It is a joy to see in the drawer and even better to put on. By far my favorite and prettiest ever owned. Fantastic service and shipping by HerRoom. Baltimore from Baltimore, MD

The description on the site and the reviews were very helpful. The bra is extraordinarily comfortable, gives me a nice shape and is very pretty. I am very happy with it. Bliss from NY/NY/USA

I am new to purchasing Chantelle. I have a hard time finding a bra that fits well and is comfortable. This particular one seems to run smaller than others I have tried. I returned it. I have purchased Hedona and Senso styles and have been very happy. I hope to purchase other Chantelle styles. They are attractive and the two that I have offer great support.

Chantelle Response: We are sorry to hear that this bra did not work out for you, but glad you found two other styles that you like. We would also like to suggest the Rive Gauche 3 Part Cup Bra style# 3281. Customers who like 3582 also love the Rive Gauche bra. Texan

After almost three months of sending back and re-orders of this bra, I have finally found the nearest best fit. I wanted to have a t-shirt bra option but do not wear any lined, molded bras so the Chic 3 part cup seemed like my best choice. I've recently lost 25 lbs and have gone from a 34 to a 32 which is why I had to experiment with several sizes. The G is still a bit snug on the right side, where I'm bigger, but it will just have to do. It does a good job under t-shirts, is supportive and while the upper cup is not sheer like the photo, it does the job. Just not one of Chantelle's prettiest bras. I'm a fan of the Legend (being discontinued, I can't believe Chantelle is discontinuing the most elegant bra around, that's insane) but wanted to try other Chantelle styles too. Soft pink, well fitting in all areas, and beautifully fashioned. This bra has great form and lift/support. The fabric is perfect in feel and adherence. Thank you. Jacqui from Penn Valley, CA, USA

This is a great, lightweight bra. It shaped the girls very nicely and did not shift around. Most importantly, when I bent over and stood back up, everything was still in place. Detailing on the top trim is very pretty. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the bra I was sent does not look the same as the one in the picture. I really like the look of the darker bottom and straps in contrast with the sheer panels across the top. The one I received is all sheer with no contrast. But all in all, nice bra.

HerRoom Response:In the Tomima Tip on this bra, she stated that the cup is different for the larger sizes. Tamara from TX,USA

I really liked this bra but was very surprised to find that the cups were too small as I've worn Chantelle for years and my experience had found them to be true to size. I can only give it 3 stars as I had to return it. Jen from Goddard, KS, USA

I really want to get this bra to fit right. I've exchanged it twice now. I was a 34 DDD but have lost weight so I'm trying out different sizes. The 34 F was just a little too big in one cup--I"m smaller on one side--and the band wasn't as tight as it should have been so I exchanged it for the 32 F. The cups are a little tight now so I'm going to try the 32G. If that doesn't fit, I'll give up. I don't like traditional t-shirt bras--don't like the "hard" cups. I love Chantelle but the Legend, my favorite, is very visible under clothing so I was really determined to make the 3582 work. I had also ordered the 3281 style in the 32F and that one fits great. Awesome, absolutely awesome bra. Great support, excellent fit. Keeps breasts perky and centered, away from armpit. Beautifully constructed with feminine detail. Love love love this bra. I'm a small band at 32 but large DD chest. I would recommend this to ALL. Keep in mind that this bra has seeming which does show through your thin shirts. I am wearing an extra layer to reduce the line across the chest, but even with two, it still shows. I would be singing from the rooftops if this bra has a soft covering layer that prevented the seems from coming through the fabric. Chilly from Santa rosa

This bra is a dream! I am picky about bras - anything slightly scratchy irritates my skin and drives me crazy. Even though this bra has a tulle net lining, it didn't itch through the entire day I wore it. The support is fabulous - and it never budged all day. Usually I tug and readjust a bra, but this one stayed put and kept on going for hours. Hooray! Kim from Little Rock, AR USA

This bra is very comfortable. The band fit is snug without pinching or bunching. My only complaint is that the cups don't seem to be cut deep enough. The next time I order this bra I will probably go up a cup size and see if that helps the issue. Overall, I would recommend this bra. Leah from Illinois

I love Chantelle bras and I loved the look of this bra in the picture but, unfortunately, the bra was not what I expected. It provided little support, the cup size was too large and bunched, and overall it was not comfortable to me. Samantha from Illinois

This is a gorgeous bra. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a good fit yet. I ordered my usual size (38B), but the band was so tight I couldn't breathe and the cups were a bit too small. So I re-ordered a 40B, thinking that would do it. The band size was perfect but the cup was still a bit too small, and the center piece is way out from the chest so I guess maybe it's still too small, maybe I will try a 40C. I must say, though, the shape this bra gives is fabulous - a lovely rounded shape, great uplift for the mature bosom, comfortable, and the cup brings everything forward, just what I was looking for. I love this bra, as pictured. Unfortunately nowhere did it say that this style in anything over an E would not be as shown. The top half of the cup is opaque on the larger sizes, like the bottom half of the bra. Not what I expected at all.

HerRoom Response: Thank you. Tomima has now noted this in our description. Diane from Honolulu HI

I was very disappointed in the garment. It did not look anything like the picture and they are a little too snug. I wore them so obviously I can't send them back but they do not look anything like the picture.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for this input. We forwarded your comment to Chantelle. We found out that in this style, F, G, & H cups do have an extra layer of lining at the top part of the cup for support. This makes the top part of the cup not as sheer as pictured. We have made a note on the site and will hopefully have an alternate shot of this bra in the larger cup size to show the difference. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I really like the look of this bra...however, it has not been been comfortable to wear. As another reviewer wrote, I believe it is the correct size, however the fit just isn't very good on me and it is not flattering. Jamie

the tones of the bra weren't as varied when I put it on, it looked less lacey and more solid, and it didn't give me a sexy push up just sorta kept me where I was. Tomima - this does not claim to be a push up Lemtimes
