Excellent service, certainly cheaper and a more favorable experience than other retailers. The bra is versatle, fits well, and does everything it says it will. The presentation/appearance does well with dress garments, as well as infomal, such as close fitting tees. The bra offers firm support , with no uncomfortable wires and does not squish the cleavage. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE AS A SINGLE WOMAN with no live in other person, to hook up this bra and make it the racerback as advertised. I could not do it, the bra fit fine, just not a racer back.

Chantelle Response: The convertible hook can be tricky to work but we have found the best way is to convert it before you put it on. Hooking the convertible piece first and then putting it on overhead like a sports bra usually will do the trick. michele from long island,ny

Great bra for evening and showing a little cleavage. It is comfortable and sleek. It is hard to find a bra in my size that isn't bulky. This isn't the most supportive, thus the four stars, but it feels sexy. Anne from Boise/Idaho/U.S.

I was really excited about this item, and the design of the feature that allows you to make it a racerback is actually really nice and functional. However, the bra itself (material, shape, structure) totally sucked - so disappointed! Also, compared to how easy it is to return online purchases from other companies (just put the pre-printed label on and leave it out for the mailman), the fact that this company's pre-printed return label didn't allow me to do so was inconvenient. (Though I will say that the package arrive in a timely manner.)

Fits well and gives good support. I am pleased to have a racer-back option which is hard to find for my needs (small chest/back, larger breasts). I love this bra. Why haven't more designers caught on to the built in hooks to make it a racer back? It is so easy to convert! I bought the flesh toned bra to go under white polos for work, and the pattern totally disappears. I'm normally a 32 FF, but since they didn't have double letters, I just went up to a G and if fits great. Melissa from St. Louis, MO

Visually appealing and supportive but material was abrasive around ribcage and back.

I think this bra is fantastic! It is very comfortable, and the convertible aspect is genius. I didn't find it hard to put on, you just have to fasten it with the clasp in the front and then turn it around and slip in to it --although it is hard to take off without help. I usually hate bras with padding, but this one is so lightweight it really isn't an issue at all. Laura from Brooklyn

Beautiful and well-fitting. This is the only patterned bra I have found that truly disappears under t-shirts. I needed some help from my husband to make the racerback option work. This style worked well with my implants. I take a 32 F (32 DDD American) in the Chantelle bras with light foam cups. I go down a cup size in those without any foam. Jennifer from Pittsburg/CA/USA

Too difficult to change to racerback and uncomfortable once change was made with help from spouse, so returned it. Love Chantelle normally.

Disappointed. Lace is scratchy (using tape to stop the irritation) and the racerback option is a challenge to hook - unless you have long arms and/or a helper! Better to have straps that cross and hook at bra band. Once on, it's okay, but not worth the money!
