I'm really happy with this bra and with the Chantelle brand in general. This is my second purchase and I am very satisfied with both. It has taken me literally years to find a bra that I can say meets all of my needs in terms of fit, comfort and support and I have finally found it :) I will definitely be back to purchase more in different colors. Chantelle bra is very, very comfortable. and believe me, I have tried many other ill fitting bras. Indeed, I will be reordering. Thank you, JoAnn JoAnn from Sebring, Fl.

I was so anxious to receive this bra, however when I did receive it, I was disappointed. It looked totally different on line, but I tried it on any way. The fit was uncomfortable and it seemed to be cheaply made. It's on its way back in the mail. susan from Lincoln, CA, USA

Fit is good but I found the lace to be scratchy around the band. Vicki from Waxahachie. TX

Nice Bra. However, I feel like I could have used a bigger cup size. maybe this bra runs small?

Chantelle Response: The 3371 has deep cups for Chantelle. If you are wearing another brand it could run differently. If you are wearing a UK based brand such as Fantasie, Freya or Panche their cup sizing runs differently than the US sizing. Please see Universal Cup Size, HerRoom Site. I used to wear Wacoal's products, but about 3 years ago replaced them with this one style which works very well. Brahmi from Columbus OH

Really great bra! I fits so well, keeps the girls together and not too pointy! I love Chantelle bras! I found one by chance 4 years ago, and now i get them all the time. Great quality! The only note is that this is not the bra for low-cut shirts, it goes pretty high, but still very pretty Shannon from Salt Lake City, UT

I like this bra. I have diffuculty finding bras that fit me. I have dense tissue that lends to a heavy chest but have small shoulders. I tend to mostly wear a sport bras for everyday but I needed something a little more dressy. This did hold me up but I do wish there were more than 2 hooks in the back. Jeano

Love this brand but this was my first purchase of this particular one and it is now my favorite! Loves and feels great...I only wish they made it with plain fabric on the top for under t shirts! kaky from Brookfield, WI

I really love this bra. First it supports the girls. They're up where they belong not sagging half way down my chest. Second for a supportive bra it's very comfortable. I like that they didn't try to add lace to the bottom edge as it always curls up even when the bra fits fine. Third, it's pretty. The lacy top portion is lovely and soft. It's invisible under everything but my light weight tee shirts. Chantelle manufactures a quality bra, well worth the price. Linda from Spokane, WA, USA

Fits perfect, light coverage in the front without puffing out the top. Underwires on sides are low and don't cut into underarms. Lisa from CA

True to size. Lace a little scratchy, but I know as soon as I wash it it will soften up. A very pretty bra. My male partner liked it !! lucy from lakewood wa , USA

It is a pretty bra and has a nice shape, but it is painful to wear. The underwires poke my armpits and make sores and the band sometimes makes my ribs sore too. The cups seem to be the correct size, but for some reason I still "spill out" over the top. Maybe because of the side supports???

Chantelle Response: If you are spilling out of the cups the cup is to small. If the cup is too small the overall fit will be compromised and will be uncomfortable. The side panels move breast tissue from the side and centers and forward while the trasversal seam rounds. We would suggest trying Chantelle Bastille bra 3991 3 part cup which offers a lower wire underneath the arm which should be more comfortable for you. Nisserhop from Las Vegas, nv

This is my trusty everyday go-to bra. It gives me the shape & lift I want. I never have to hike this bra up by its straps during the day, because the band & cups are very supportive. Each time my bra size has changed, I've been able to wear a new size of this bra & get great results. I keep several of these bras in wardrobe rotation. If Chantelle ever discontinues the Cachemire, I'll probably cry. Submitted from TheUndies.com

Ordered this bra after being professionally fitted at an upscale department store due to a 75 lb. weight loss. Awesome comfort, doesn't even feel like an underwire bra. Service from HerRoom was exceptional. Had my items 2 days after ordering. Will absolutely count HerRoom as a source for quality undergarments. Annie from Baltimore, MD USA

This bra works great with my 2 silicone breastforms. It has perfect support for both my large size 8 forms. Being a crossdresser, I need my forms held securely to my chest. This bra has more than enough support for me, at the same time is also very feminine which is also important to me. Dariana from Escondido, California

This bra is very pretty and it fits well against my breast bone but as I've experienced now twice the wire cuts into my side every time. I do own other Chantelle bras and this hasn't happened. I spend $88 on this and without wearing it for more than a few seconds to see fit (for return purposes) I would not recommend this, you don't get the digging in your side until a days wear and by then the return policy is up. I would NOT recommend to anyone larger than a D. Who knows if it'll leave marks and sores on your side?

Chantelle Response: We would suggest trying the following Chantelle styles that are designed for a petite figure with a fuller bust. Promesse 3635 or Pont des Arts 3946 which have a lower or shorter underwire under the arm which should fit you better. Jessica from USA VERMONT

I've worn Chantelle for years and was very pleased to find it online where it's definitely cheaper than the upper crust department stores where I've bought it before. Thanks for the great service! from Seattle, WA

Accurate fit as far as band and cup size. Beautiful styling. Shoulder strap tends to slip off on one side but not the other. Underwires are reasonably comfortable but very stiff and they sometimes squeak when I move around. Others may not notice, but I find it annoying. Perhaps this will resolve once the garment has been washed a few times. I was impressed enough to order the same bra in another color, but am only giving 3 stars because of the fit issues and I am skeptical that they will improve over time.

Vendor Response: The Cachmeire style 3371 3 part cup does offer a great fit and styling. The shoulder strap issue could just be adjusted differently for the one side you have experienced an issue with. You could try Chantelle Fascination 3651 3 part cup as an alternative. The straps are somewhat closer set in the back. Sharon from North Potomac

I love this bra! It is beautiful, has great support & fits pretty true to size! After trying a few Chantelle bras, I've decided the underwires tend to be short on the sides. Other brands I've worn have wires that come up higher (into my armpit, comfortably though) these tend to stick out into my arms a bit. Although the Cachemire is the most comfortable of the Chantelle 3 part cups I've found. Also, the underwires are noisy! Every time I move they squeak! It does lessen as the day goes on, but really. It is so hard to find a good, supportive bra for my 40G's! I wear this bra often but ordered another of the same in a 38G...fits me better. Jamie from Morton, IL, USA
