Obsessed with this bra! I have an impossible time finding bras because, at only 5'1," my torso is narrow, but my bust is the size of an average woman's chest. The narrow torso means that my breasts are usually closer together than the underwire, creating an uncomfortable/unattractive overflow issue in the center, and the underwire almost always extends into my armpits, which is painful and useless. I thought that having a 30 inch band would eliminate the narrow boobs problem, but sometimes the 30 inch bands still have wide cups on them, which boggles my mind.
This bra, though, nails it! The center part of the band (between my boobs) is the perfect length and, for the first time in my life, actually rests on the skin rather than hanging an inch or more away from my skin, suspended by the inner part of my boobs. And, like a 30 inch band should command, the cups are narrower than the cups on a "normal" bra - just like we petite ladies need!
Finally, the material, shape, and flexibility of the cups are exactly what I was looking for. The cups are just thick enough to prevent nipple shows and smooth enough for thin clothing to hang as it should on the body without catching on the bra's material. The shape of the cups is very natural - no cone-shaped or flimsy "do nothing for me" cups. The cups are molded to the shape my boobs were in college...I mean, isn't that the shape we all want?!?! As someone whose breasts are "bottom heavy" (the woman who fit me at a specialty bra store used that phrase...her euphemism for saggy, but I like it), this bra put my breasts back where they belong without making me look like a porn star, which push-up bras tend to do because of my short stature. The molding is soft, so the breasts pass the "hug test," my test where you press down on your breasts, in the bra, and see if they feel crunchy or foamy. If you are petite in frame and have saggy breasts, buy this!! I've never write reviews and made an exception for this bra because it is so phenomenal and because the reviews of others helped me make this choice. If I had to give the bra makers one critique it would be to make the back part of the band with the "U-shape" that some of the other companies are doing, in order to hide back flab, which, even at 105lbs, I've got...grumble.
