Love the way this bra fits on a smaller frame with larger breasts. It fits exactly as I was measured. The sides come up high enough that there is no spillage under the arm for larger breasted women. I really love the convertable straps. They can be placed in 2 different positions as well as criss crossed and they never fall down my shoulders. I do however remove the plastic stays in the sides as they cut into my rib cage by the end of the day. Once that is done this is a VERY comfortable bra for me. Lee from Houston, Texas

The only bra I've found that fits me perfectly and is naturally shaped. Maria from New York, NY

I have worn this bra for years but they widened the straps so they do not hide as well under tanks. The cup is a touch larger but still fits well. Remains one of the most comfortable bras I have worn. I am very thin and bony and it sits well on my rib cage. Marlys from AZ

Material used is not as smooth as Chantelle quality used to be.

Chantelle Response: We would suggest trying 2575 Essensia Bra or even Sublime 3951. Both of these Chantelle styles offer a very smooth cup. 2575 is similar in shape to 2701 but offers a thinner firmer cup pad. Sublime 3951 is a spacer cup which is thin and breathable offer additional comfort and support. maud from Houston

Quite possibly the best bra I have bought lately. I have very narrow shoulders, but a large cup size. The adjustable straps let me move the straps in closer to the middle of my back or cross them, which keeps them on my shoulders. Yeah! No more pulling straps back up during the day. Plus, no pinching, poking, or digging, yet there is plenty of support. I've already bought 2 more. Now, if only I could get Chantelle to do a large cup front close bra.... TAC from Fort Worth

This bra is very good quality -- the fit is extremely comfortable and the "no show through" design makes my clothes look better. I also like the wide "no cut" straps and the flexibility to change the strap style to fit under tank tops without showing. Connie from Irvine,CA USA

I liked the look of this bra and the fit of the cups, however the straps are very wide apart and bringing them in caused the top of the cup to buckle. The straps would have been slipping off my shoulders constantly (I am very narrow on top) so I had to return it. I think this bra is only for the broad-shouldered.

Chantelle Response: We would suggest ordering a Chantelle style with center straps or a style with convertible strap that can be moved in. Styles with centered or close set straps include Pure 3616 , Rive Gauche 3286, Sexy Shaping 3781. SR from Worcester, MA

I was pleased to find a source for this exact Chantelle model 2701 since the department store where I had previously purchased this item no longer carried this model or anything comparable. Jeanette

Love this bra; great fit and wears well for a long time. Cannot find this bra locally. Only criticism is the straps tend to slip off the shoulder and I'm not narrow in the shoulders. Love, love the bra. Sherry from McFarland, WI USA

This bra is pretty, and the color almost matches my (very!) pale skin. My complaint is that I "show through" the cups, even though they have some padding. Heather from Pennsylvania

Perfect fit, and true to size!!! The bra lifts without padding...as if we "big" girls need padding! The band is snug but not uncomfortable. I will buy this again. Alba from Providence, RI

Runs a bit big in the band size. Knowing that, I can go down a bit and it becomes my favorite every-day bra. Love that the straps are convertible so it works with more tops! dana

I really like this bra but unfortunately I believe that it has been discontinued. Which is typical when I find something that is perfect for me. I suspect that it is because it is so plain - no lace, no decorations which it what makes it so comfortable! Also that is what makes it such a great tee-shirt bra - nothing shows through - it is completely smooth. Susan from New York

This continues to be the best bra I can find for my short waisted, large busted figure. The straps are just too long on most bras -- NOT so with this one! I am able to shorten the straps as much as I need for the perfect fit and great support! It is also attractive and not too wide front and center. I don't know what I will ever do if they stop making this bra! Joanne from Canton/ct/USA

BEST! BRA! EVER! At least for a petite woman needing a large cup size. Unlike most bras that 'say' they make a small band with a large cup size, this one actually does! Most other bras (and believe me, her room can attest that I ordered and sent back plenty) still use the same cup as is used on their larger bras, which causes 'the twins' to point east and west instead of straight out front. I read someone complain about the bra 'creaking' when they moved and sent it back. It does this a little at first before it is broken in but honey, if you are going to complain about a little 'creak' you obviously don't need the support this bra gives! Absolutely fabulous bra! My favorite bra. They stopped carrying it at department store and I found it here. Everyone has a different shape, so it is hard to buy a bra based on recommendations. I have very narrow shoulders, so have a hard time with straps staying up. This bra works as you can bring the straps closer in from the back. I never use to spend this much on bras, but this one is worth it to me. Bought extras to stock up in case it is discontinued. GruvyGrl from Santa Rosa, CA

I own a few Chantelle's and they all seem to fit great and are well made, this model has wide straps set apart and is very attractive, so says my husband. Kim from NH

I love this bra!! I have a small rib cage with large natural boobs. I love the lift and the separation. Also many times larger bra's have those wings on the side of the bra that stick out. NOT so with this one...great shape and fit! Julia from Orlando, FL

I love this bra! It is so comfortable. I like that it does not have extremely large padded straps due to the large size needed. It is easily worn under all types of shirts and you can adjust the straps to cross or be further in for those racer-back tanks. It is just so versatile and comfortable and holds up for a long time. This bra fit pretty well but it made a creaky noise at even the slightest of movements. This may be just because it was new, I don't know. I've never had a bra creek before. I ended up sending it back, so I can't say how it would wear over time. Robin from Texas

Have never bought a bra on- line so I was taking a chance. I have a Chantelle bra and used the size from that to order. This bra is true to size, supportive and comfortable. I usually have a problem with over the top spillage but this full cup fully covers without looking or feeling like a harness. Love it! Ellen from Westchester, NY USA
