This was a little hard to get into without unhooking it (which I can't do at the moment because of a hand injury) but once I got it on I was really happy! Love the idea of this bra and the fit, but the vertical seems that go down the front/sides of the bra are so thick and completely show through my shirts. It does have great support and coverage without flattening your chest (great for me because I'm small enough to begin with!) The padding gives great support and shape to my size B chest, & stops your breasts from showing through shirts, but the seems show through instead! Kinda defeats the purpose! But I have to give them points for the padding, shape, comfort, and the rest. Great all around sports bra (minus the seems.) S from E.Providence, RI
