Really does stay on hips and doesn't ride up which is great. Anything with spandex (especially the supportive kind) will flatten anything, so yes, this does somewhat flatten the chest but less so than a sports bra or anything without underwire or side boning. Cass & Co. Response: Heather, We would recommend our CASS V-Neck if you want to cover the fat pads on your back as it has full back coverage. Our cami offers our least amount of support for the chest and can always be worn with a bra for more support. The idea of our tops are to be long so they slim out the tummy and bulge above the trouser line. Please remember to step into the tops and pull up so that they stay put low on the hips. I am a 34 or 36B. This fits only if I pull it way up (over the "fat pads") however then it compresses the breasts. I am disappointed, as I had though it would be good under tees, etc. It is firming in the waist, which is good, but a little tight. If I were to size up, it would be too loose. One good thing, it makes a good sports cami, which is how I use it. Heather from Maine
