It doesn't provide enough support for me (34DD), so I wear it overtop a bra. It does a good job of smoothing bulges on one's back, but it doesn't follow the shape of the underside of the breasts, flattening them out. I am short (5') and this cami is way too long for me. I can almost stretch it into a bra slip, but it won't quite stay. Jennifer from St. Louis, MO
