This bra has generously sized cups, I could go down a cup size for this bra - other bras that size -not. I like the straps a little closer in, but these are in the usual place. The Band is nice and wide and stays put. Anne from University Place, WA, USA

I bought two Carnival bras at the same time reviewed the other one and Carnival responded that you need to hand wash them so the underwires won't poke through. Well, I do hand wash them and after 5 wearings the underwires poked through the other one, both cups on the same day. It took 7 wearings for the tuxedo underwire to poke through--just one cup this time, but still extremely sharp. This is a shoddily made bra, which Carnival is apparently not going to admit. I have other underwire bras that have never poked through, even after the bra needed to be replaced. I will never buy a Carnival bra again.

This bra is one of our top selling styles and we do reinforce the area where the wires are poking out but it is possible that a few still poked out even after being reinforced. This is a beautiful looking bra. However, it is poorly made. This is the second bra that I received after returning the first one. The problem is the sharp underwire comes through the fabric and impales my skin. A simple solution would be to place something on the edges of each underwire to prevent it puncturing the fabric. I decided given the cost of the bra, and to return it that it would be more cost effective to invest more money into purchasing a better quality bra.

Not impressed with this bra. My boobs are real and have been growing out of control during my pregnancy. I was a 34DD pre-pregnancy and am having a hard time finding bras to fit me without having to spend a ton of money. I'm only 4'11" and the straps don't hold the girls up so then the straps rub in two different places making the bra very uncomfortable to wear. This bra might work fine for women with implants or smaller breast size. It just didn't work for me.

Carnival Response: A properly fit bra will give support without straps. Straps are not meant to hold up your breasts. They should only be used for added support. It seems that you were not properly sized after your pregnancy, I assume you are probably buying the wrong bra size. Lindsay from MN USA

I wish the cups were positioned slightly more towards the center, but in general, this is a great bra for women with large breasts who don't want to have to strap themselves down or succumb to granny-style bras. Very attractive and supportive. Only other downside: the bra is generally not very flexible, which is great for keeping the girls in the right place all day, but it begins to feel constricting after several hours of wear. This is a nice bra, but I will be returning. It has no support. The straps are too long and do not allow for as much adjustability as I need to give me lift and support.

This is the best bra ever! The molded cups are good support and they hold everything in just the right place. The plunge front is just high enough to hold everything in place and low enough for great, rounded cleavage...no "butt crack cleavage" here! I bought this in every color...it's perfect! I think that the Carnival Molded Tuxedo Bra is a great bra, so long as you do not have that nagging problem of straps falling down from your shoulders. This bra has a timeless, classical look, because of the satin atop the cups. It has well made cushioned cups that are VERY comfortable. But for me, straps fall off my shoulders. They have, for at least 30 years of my life. I may have a small shoulder width in relation to the rest of my body--that might be the cause. It is said these days that when the straps are closer to the end of your shoulder, nearer to the arm, that the straps will not fall down. I do not quite believe that. At least, for THIS bra, the straps fell off of my shoulders immediately and did so for the irritable hour I spent testing it to be sure. Perhaps a different model would work better on me. This is, however, a very nicely made and high quality bra. It has clean and neat lines. I think it would look good under a T-shirt too. Kiki from Chicago, IL USA

This bra didn't quite live up to my expectations. The shoulder straps are too long for me and I tend to pop out of it if I don't pay attention and stand up straight. Other than that, it is very comfortable and a great t-shirt bra. Just be careful not to bend over. Becca from San Antonio, TX

I think the bra is ok. I would definitely love it if it fit better. Its really rough on my skin, leaving dry patches that make me itch all day. The straps need a bit more room to adjust. And worst of all by the second day the under wire has popped out the sides and constantly stabs my armpits. Don't know if it was made in a rush and not made or inspected properly. So now I'm stuck with two bras that hurt, and irritate my skin.
