Carnival Response: You are correct. Although we do reinforce the underwires on this bra if you buy the wrong size and it is too big there is a much higher chance of the underwire poking out. LD from Connecticut
Carnival Response: If the straps are falling off and the cups are riding up then you should go down one band size and up one cup size for a proper fit. Size 42D would have worked for you. Eun from Queens,NY, USA
Carnival Response: We are very surprised to hear about your complaint. This bra has been in our line for over 4 years and has consistently been one of our top sellers. We at Carnival take great pride in our quality control. This bra is one of our top selling styles and we do reinforce the area where the wires are poking out, but it is possible that a few still poked out even after being reinforced. This could happen with any bra. Ann from Ellenville, N.Y.
Carnival Response: This is one of our bestselling bras. Exclusive of some customers that bought this style in the wrong size this bra consistently receives 5 stars in reviews. It seems from your complaint that you could have used a 36DD. Rob
Carnival Response: I’m sorry that you were not happy with this bra. I am afraid it looks like this bra was not made for you, but this bra does very well for us. We have many consumers that bought this bra and keep coming back and reordering it. Lita from San Diego, CA
Carnival Response: We apologize for the twisted strap. The fabric content of the bra is Nylon spandex which is a very common fabric used in “better” quality bras. Unless you are used to wearing only cotton bras you will notice the same fabric in most of your bras. As far as your problem with fit, sometimes a woman that is both petite and large breasted needs a larger cup or back size. Naomi from Ann Arbor, MI USA
Carnival Response: We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your purchase. I would suggest you try either a 36DD or a 38D in this bra. Karla from Jamestown, ND, USA
HerRoom Response: Sounds like you need to go down a band size to resolve this symptom. We would suggest you try a 42D. SusanSSD from Illinois
