Beautifully made. I ordered it for warmer weather use. The body is small and I felt sad the way it treated my small amount of flab. The cups are at least a size larger than stated. It would work for a doll shaped woman.

These tips are in the details section of some styles and they give advice such as this one that states "The cups are running big. Please size down one cup size - e.g.: 36D should try a 36C." The band at the bottom was so incredibly tight. I couldn't even get it on by myself! I have a small midsection, but the band squeezed me so hard that it created a comically large "spare-tire." Sending it back asap!

The body is made in 4 different fabrications on the Carnival line and all are top sellers and get consistent reviews of 4 or 5 stars. The bottom band is supposed to rest on your hip bone. If it does not and if the body is too tight on you it is possible to get the result you described. I would suggest a 38C or D. lia

This bra is exactly what I wanted!!! Very breathable, light weight, very little padding in the cups, it's perfect!! I am normally a 32DD but cup sizes on bustiers are usually bigger.. so I sized down in the cup, and it's perfect!!! Since the back is so low, the top isn't as snug, so I plan to get some body tape and just stick a little under the arms and in the middle between the cups, to help it stay in place a little better, it isn't falling down or anything, it's just for my personal preference. I am so in love with this bra! My wedding dress has a very low back, and this thing gets the job done without being visible. But the best part is that it's still sexy! I was contemplating on going bra-less, but I'm glad I decided against it! I'm normally a 34B, but I followed HerRoom's advice and purchased the 34A. It fits exactly how it should. It does feel snug at the waist, but it's supposed to fit tighter for support! I feel so sexy in this bra, and I can't wait for my husband-to-be to see me in it at the end of our wedding night :) I definitely recommend this one. Especially for smaller busted girls. I am very satisfied with this bra! The size definitely runs differently than what I usually purchase. I ordered a 32C at first, because I usually wear a 32D, after reading that the cup sizes run large. It didn't fit, so I sent it back for a 34B. It worked perfectly under my vintage 50's dress for opening night. It stayed in place all night and kept my girls where they belong! Nicole from Kansas City

The garment runs entirely too big. It says go down one size from your normal bra size, I had to go down three sizes. I wear a 36D & had to go to 36A.

Carnival Response: Through much testing we have found that you only have to go down one size on this bra.I wouldn't suggest that a true 36D go down to a 36A in any bra from any manufacturer. This bra has great functionality AND looks sexy too. My only suggestion is to heed the warning about the cup sizes. They do run big. Not too too big but if you're on the average or small side of your cup size you'll want to order the next size down. I'm a large B (sometimes a C depending on the brand) so it fit me fine. If I was just a tiny bit smaller I would have ordered an A and been happy too. Angie from California

Terrible longline bra...I bought this to wear under my low backed wedding dress - what a disaster! The bra section of it was fine but the bottom was terrible. It sits in a really bad position and gives terrible overhang. I am a size 2-4 and it made me look like I am a fat lady with massive love handles overhanging. I've never felt so ugly and fat in an undergarment ever before. Don't buy this bra if you don't want your fat to bulge over the bottom.

I bought this bra to wear under my wedding dress. I chose this particular one because it looked light and breathable, as we're getting married in Barbados and was worried about being too hot. When I received the bra I was very happy to see the bra is extremely lightweight and comfortable, although I have actually worn it all day yet. I'm 125 lbs. and a 34B cup and the cup size fits fine. Also, the bra is low enough in the back so it won't show, some other "low back" bras I tried weren't low enough, but this one definitely is. I'm hopeful I'll be able to wear this all night without any issues. Maya from New Hampshire

This bra worked perfectly, I bought it to wear with my wedding dress which was a sweet heart top and a bit low in the back. It worked, it held my boobs up and everything was fine. The first bra I got the under wire on both sides came through the material on the sides, I called HerRoom and they replaced it without much fuss. Donna

I normally wear a 36DD, and was told that a 38D would fit perfectly. Not only was the band too small, but the cup was too small as well! Exchanging for a 40D and hopefully this will fit better. Emily

I actually wear a 32dd, yet this worked. A long line has the advantages of offering more support via ribs, as well as having low back and underarm visibility, compared to strapless bras in larger cup sizes. Not a lot of "spillage" up top - the only disadvantage is that the narrow waist fit my ribs, yet squished some abdomen out the bottom (not a pretty visual, but we all get it!). Nothing hitting the gym a little longer and 5 lbs lost won't fix. I found a regular Fantasie strapless that I also like, yet I am going to keep this for dresses and tops with lower backs and armholes. I can finally wear strapless dresses and more architectural tops! I am thrilled. I like HerRoom's rating and review system, compared to [an English-based] competitor. Much more useful. cjr

The cups are a little large for an "A" cup. The rest of the fit is perfect.
