I bought this as a birthday present for my mother-in-law. As she was the recipient, I sought out her comments on this Calida nightgown. Here they are. The night gown is great. The fabrice of the gown is just like the others and the size and color are great too. The ones I have, I have had for more than ten years and the binding around the neck is not a satinly fabric where the other ones were made of the night gown material, but I think that otherwise they are the same. This is the most comfortable gown I have ever owned. I know I'm repeating other reviews, but it really is. It washes beautifully and is amazingly soft. I love it. I will never order another kind. Though the gown was soft and very well made, at 115 lbs, I would have expected to look nice in this gown. I looked like a pillow. The way it is cut did not give me a flattering appearance. The way the shoulders were defined was uncomfortable and didn't look natural...hard to explain. If you are very slim and have tight muscles, it may be flattering.
