This item was nice but it was too big for me. It made my breasts look way to big in my bathing suit. I was just looking for padding for my suit so that my nipples wouldn't show. Once I received these I realized I ordered the wrong thing. They enhance your breasts. They were extremely comfortable though and I would suggest them to anyone who needed a breast enhancer.
