The shoulder pads are excellent and just what I have been looking for. They sit perfectly on the shoulders and the flap that goes under the bra strap and keeps the pad in place is very smooth and comfortable. Geri from Nutley, NJ

The shoulder pad itself is good, but the flap does not hold it in place well. To place your bra strap where you would normally wear it causes the shoulder pad to be too far in and not really placed correctly on the shoulder. Also, with any movement, the pad pulls away from the bra strap and is loose under your garment. Since the covering has a slick cover, it just slides too freely. There needs to be a better method to keep in put. Not a good design. Sonia from Salisbury

Too large. I expected it to be a little smaller.... it is the size I thought the petite would be. I had a pair in the past and liked the size... this pair, although they say demi, are larger than the ones I had before. I liked the smaller size of the ones I had before. Also after awhile the fabric separates from the foam.

I really like the Color and the fabric, but they don't stay on and I have to pIn to get through the day! I still really like them!

The shoulder pads do not stay closed and slip off my bra straps. Very frustrating and I already threw away the packaging or I would've returned them.

Braza Response: We don’t know why they are slipping. Make sure you are inserting the strap inside the flap so it will not slip. If that is still happening possibly a small strip of double sided tape might help. But it shouldn’t be slipping out. Heidi from Nevada City, Ca. USA

I'm sorry to say that the shoulder pads will be returned. I tried them yesterday and I felt like I was always having to adjust them because I have somewhat sloping shoulders anyway and am used to the ones with the ridge where the bra strap goes. Cara from Peoria, IL

This item fits too far in on my shoulder and doesn't extend it out a little farther as I would I hope that it would do. Once it is inserted under the bra strap it does not sit where I would want it to sit so that it helps extend my shoulder, thus giving me a more balanced silhouette. They don't stay on my straps; very pretty just don't work well; the others with the velcro I ordered previously are awful; velcro worked about 2 days; never stay on-I love the size etc. of both of these products but will keep looking for ones that will actually stay on your shoulders. I like them....esp the fabric covering, which allows me to attach to my clothes with the braza tape (I don't like the flaps, which never work for me). Since I have very narrow shoulders, I wear shoulder pads with everything. These last and they do the job. I wish they made them in black!! Pam from Chicago, IL USA

Having sloping shoulders, I always feel I look better if I wear shoulder pads. I've been wearing nothing but Braza's Flip Flap pads ever since my first pair. These new satin-covered pads are much more durable, with the satin laminated to the foam in such a way that it keeps the tearing from happening. I'll be ordering more!! Marie from Wilmington, NC USA
