Thanks, Braza Response, for the response. I knew when I ordered them that they were not designed for what I needed, but was feeling desperate and thought I'd give it a shot. I did try the S7450 and, although I had to use both in one cup due to the size difference, it worked like a charm! Thanks! Mary from Antelope, CA, USA

These didn't work for me, but I was going to use them combined to fill up just one side of the bra, hoping to make up the difference between the two girls... sorry it didn't work, it sounded (to me) like the perfect solution. I think if they had been thicker or puffier or something, that would have helped. They are pretty flat.
