I was extremely disappointed by the brief in that it would not stay up on my waist and kept rolling down to form a ring around my middle. The product does hold your stomach in. There is a problem with the waistband. They made it a high waist band and it keeps rolling over; therefore making it uncomfortable. It just needs to be a regular panty brief wrap to hold the stomach in. If I wanted to hold in my waist, I would have bought something specifically for that. Patti from Arlington Texas
