I really thought that this would be more sheer but instead more cotton/ wool-like.

My BF wanted to see me in these thigh highs but I was a little skeptical because I prefer softness and these didn't appear to be. These thigh highs were so much more comfortable than I imagined and they do excellent with resisting snags and tears. Bottom line, they look great, they feel great and hold up the way I want them to! I thought the Berkshire Crochet Thigh Highs were a very good purchase for the money but the cons were; they are a bit over sized and thinner than what I wanted. Although thin, I think they held up well against runs and tears. These will be a great pair for the summertime.
